I spend a fair amount of time in my truck and have been shuffling through various podcasts throughout the past year. I've come across some really good ones.
I have been following Charlie Lima, who owns College Station Crossfit, on social media over the past couple years since I started my own health transformation. Though I'm 50 miles away in Montgomery, I attended a nutrition seminar Charlie hosted at CSCF a year ago and have consistently been impressed with Charlie's ambition to "Build Better People." I saw earlier this week that he started a podcast this year, and just finished listening to the first two episodes. They're great! Whether you're in the beginning of your health journey like Beth from episode 1, or you're a fine-tuned machine with your sights set on the CrossFit games like Chris from episode 2, there is so much great information that can be taken away from this new podcast.
