    Episode #8 - Douglas Widick

It's Episode #8 with NY superstar entertainer and creator Douglas Widick! Dougie and Philip talk about the meaning of life to reinventing yourself as a person constantly and end with the episode with a wicked game improvising characters and then naming them with ridiculous monikers instantly (naming things is Doug's favorite thing to do)! SparkleCast is taking a hiatus from recording more episodes for the time being, but you can enjoy all eight published episodes on Soundcloud...until more to come!

    Episode #7 - Brett Davis

Philip interviews the man of a million faces, voices, and wigs: Brett Davis! Brett is NYC-based comedian who has created hundreds of characters, many of which were featured on his show THE SPECIAL WITHOUT BRETT DAVIS on MNN network. In this episode, we talk learning through living, as opposed to schooling, debating beginner's mind vs. admitting you've got taste, and pushing boundaries of all sorts. We end in a game of "Characters! Characters! Characters!" in which Brett portrays as many of his original characters as he can in one minute. Philip interviews the most honest man of all: Michael Bertrando, who always tells it like it is. They talk about the importance of being direct, being of service to others, choosing love more often, discovering who you are not by traveling solo, and much more. The episode culminates in a rapid-fire game of Opinions, in which Bertrando dishes about everything from Hillary Clinton to improvisers just starting out.
