I had a chance to see David live on stage and he delivered a compelling talk around cognitive bias and how we can use that in how we design products and services

Very gripping and good content, but there’s a bad tongue clicking habit he has which always takes me away from the content momentarily.

The basic explanations are okay, but he then models irrational thinking and partisan bias with the commentary. You need a fair-minded, or least reflective person to do this instead. The podcast’s political commentary is moralistic, self-righteous, wildly partisan, and dangerously ignorant. Listen to the Kavanaugh episode if you want an example. He even provides a trigger warning (which cognitive bias is involved with “triggering”?)
