    51 – Nebraska Development with Richard Meginnis and David Levy

    What Are We Drinking?  Double barrel Bourbon Whisky from Brickway Brewery and Distillery in Omaha, the city’s first distillery since prohibition. Old Fashioned. Old Fashioned recipe: 2 oz. Rye or Bourbon ½ oz proof Old Fashioned syrup ¼ orange 2 woodford reserve Bourbon cherries Muddle ¼ orange and 1 bourbon cherry Remove orange rind and cherry from shaker Add ½ oz Proof Syrup and 2 oz Rye or Bourbon. Shake well. Pour over ice. Garnish with one bourbon cherry and orange twist.
