So I'm gonna give it to you straight kids cause that's what these woman do, they aren't angry or disenfranchised, they didn't need your help or mine to get where they are or where they are going and they aren't afraid to tell you about how, why and what that means to them and other young successful educated black woman. Make no mistake they aren't girls these are woman so they cover adult topics and with class I might add. If you listen to this podcast start to finish you will realize that some things are taught and some things just come natural, and in their first season they have already grown exponentially from jump street and never looked back, naturals all three. And here it is, this isn't just a show for black woman so don't even think about pigeon holing it in that way. Don't assume like most do that there isn't anything they talk about that relates to you. Mid-20 year old black woman most likely makes up there largest category of listeners, but if your a mom or dad with a daughter that you are struggling to understand and relate to, this shows for you. If your a man in your mid 20's to early 30's or a teen that hopes to date one day and you don't listen to this, you need to buy a ticket on the next train outa philly cause I guarantee your single and lonely and your game could use an upgrade. Listening to this show will give you the inside track on what woman want from men in the Philly dating scene. Notice I didn't say black guys. Because interracial dating is something they talk about as well. I am a middle aged white man so don't give me that look when I talk about how great this cast is because there is something for every one. I personally have never let race dissuade me from dating a woman, if you do your missing out on a whole lot of fantastic ladies that are just as excited about first dates and flowers and stuff as any other girl, but the point is if your even considering dating anyone, don't you wanna know the other teams game plan? Guys your gonna learn a thing or 2 and it's a one hour podcast, not a 12 chapter book.
Three woman with distinct and resonating voices that are relatable figures. Isn't that crazy, imagine your teenage girls or boys listening to real people not super stars and the super rich, talk about life, it's ups and downs and all the struggles in between. Topics include dating, sex, college, student loans, relationships with friends and families and of course current events and hot topics because that's face it, this is what teens are being influenced by everyday so it's usually a fun topic for this pod cast but just as important as the main topic on which they focus the majority of the podcast.
I gave it a chance and I'm hooked, I'm thinking a lot of people out there will love this cast. I'm giving it 4 stars outa 5 cause I'm disappointed they haven't had a male guest host yet to shake things up, otherwise it's a must listen.
