MKG Podcast

My name is Emily DeMarco and I am a 17y/o transgender girl. I found this podcast a few weeks ago and have just binge listening to it, this is a very helpful podcast! It’s an escape from my religious family, Thanks for such a great podcast!

I had to stop listening in disgust. I am Trans-female, and some of the discussion is very informative. However, one of the hosts was 23 when episodes were recorded. Being fresh out of college, they (they being singular, gender neutral pronoun) could find something “problematic” in just about everything. The last straw was when they (both hosts) were discussing the Women’s March, and they (back to singular gender neutral) said that the the march was about “perceived sexism”. In one statement they (singular) tried to invalidate the people who marched that day, and display stunning ignorance about actual misogyny. Perceived sexism, so it’s all in their heads? It’s baked in misogyny. I hope they (singular) have brushed up on their education since then.
