    Full Show Friday 9/11/26: LIVE at Hooters Downtown for Football Friday! Andrew Catalon joins!

    00:00 – 26:05 – Live from Hooters downtown, JMV opens the show by urging listeners to get down to the Georgia street location before touching on the 49ers 'de-pantsing of the Rams last night. He also sets up what the importance level is for the Colts to win their week 1 game against the Baltimore Ravens Sunday. Plus, previewing the college football slate, Cooper Rush is starting for the Falcons plus previewing what’s to come on the show. Also touching on his remembrance of 9/11 25 years ago today and Mark Patrick’s show he did that day while John was producing.  26:05– 40:54 – From Indiana Sports Talk, the legendary Bob Lovell makes his weekly Friday at 3:30 hit. One of the biggest games in the area is the Noblesville and Westfield, John and Bob point out the remarkable job Josh Miracle has done as head coach of the Shamrocks. They get into a conversation of how tough it can be to elevate as a program, especially at the higher levels of classes. Plus, the Evansville Memorial and Evansville Mater-Dei matchup with rivalry implications. 40:54– 44:03 – JMV wraps up the first hour of the show 44:03 - 1:06:09 – Risha from Hooters joins John to preview what the specials are for the football weekend before Joel A. Erickson from the Indianapolis Star joins the show. He also announces they will pick college games this year for locks and shots. Also, do JMV’s glasses make him look old?  27:20– 39:43 – The Colts conversation continues before talking to Ryan Nally about how bars and restaurants are dealing with the elevation of streaming in the sports landscape. DAZN broadcasting the Pacers, Netflix doing the NFL game tonight. 39:43– 45:00 – John wraps up the first hour of the show with Caleb back in the studio 45:00 - 1:09:49 – All new this year, the Evan Williams Locks segment includes college games. John, Brent, Ryan Nally, Tom Sutton and Caleb make their picks for week 2 of the season. Then, they move to the NFL. 1:09:49 – 1:19:20 – Continuing with everyone’s week 1 NFL picks! 1:19:20 – 1:28:42 –. He explains why football season still gets him excited, his thoughts on Trey Kaufman-Renn getting a temporary restraining order to play a sixth-year. Plus, his prediction on what the Colts record will be. Plus, how will Alec Pierce fare in week 1? He explains how he expects their offense to change this year and what his opinion is on where they stand in the AFC compared to a national perspective.     Full Show Tuesday 9/8/2026: College Football Week 1, Game-week for Colts!

    00:00 – 29:50 – JMV recaps his weekend at Mystic Waters and how they miraculously avoided the rain. He moves into IU’s win over North Texas and why it’s good to have a result where improvements need to be made while they also took care of business. He touches on the possibility that LSU could be banned from the SEC before getting into what propelled him to respond to a multitude of Caitlin Clark tweets from over the weekend.    29:50– 43:27 – John touches on people commenting about the sun he got this weekend before Greg Rakestraw of the ISC Sports Network. He reviews the High School football week 3 results and where things stand. He touches on Purdue headed into their matchup vs. Wake Forest, reviewing the IU game and what threshold the Hoosiers passed in Greg’s mind.  43:27– 46:47 – JMV wraps up the first hour 46:47 - 1:13:50 – John dives into the Western Michigan and Michigan controversy after the MAC is now trying to challenge the results of the game and appeal. Then, John and Caleb begin to preview the Colts-Ravens matchup later in the week. JMV also touches on the Whistle Stop Inn catching on fire. He was scheduled to broadcast from there this Friday, but will now be at Hooters. 1:13:50 – 1:25:51 – What to expect from the Colts secondary, live updates from the U.S. Open as Frances Tiafoe is down. 1:25:52 – 1:32:40 –.
