I am writing this letter to inform you that my dear uncle is greatly saddened by the unauthorized use of his name in this internet radio program. Had you filed the necessary paperwork to request his permission for said use of his nomenclature it is perhaps possible that he may, after reviewing the documents carefully with the appropriate legal counsel, have given his permission for a limited use. Of course it would be necessary to file this paperwork for each said use including expected context where used, name of person using said eponymous credentials, and a short essay explaining why it was comically necessary to use at that point. And of course you would have needed to suggest other possible names that might also have served this purpose in each context and a short but thorough explanation of why those other names were not chosen.
