Terrific!!!!

Just started listening to this podcast and it’s terrific. Only thing, and it’s a relatively small gripe, is the guy needs to invest in an iPad and write on that!!!! The pencil scratching listening with or without headphones is MADDENING!!!!! Other than that it is one of the most informative podcast sites out there!!!!! 😀👍🏻😀

Excellent and informative.

Overall an excellent podcast. In the world of ketogenic podcasts, it often gets missed that the goal is to optimize our health, to run more efficiently, and to use scientific studies to do so. The caliber of the show is consistently excellent. Plus the host is likable without sounding overly intellectual and distant. Keep it up!
