Interesting and insightful

A really relatable and insightful podcast that allows you to learn more about yourself and those around you.

What I liked most was how all the topics are covered in a very concise manner and relevant examples are used to further illustrate the point. Furthermore, there is a great variety of interesting topic covered especially things more relevant to pop culture like the death of Amy Winehouse.

Therapy for the heart

Wonderful podcasts! I first started listening to Dr. Sehl on YouTube and was captivated by warm, thoughtful and down to earth vignettes from his therapy practice. His podcasts are equally engaging. Both educational and therapeutic. If you are a therapist, a psychiatrist, or do any work in mental health field, you will learn a lot from his experience and thoughtful psychoanalytic perspective. If you are looking to understand yourself and others better, or to understand a particular problem you have, and can not see a therapist in person for some reason - this is the next best thing you can do!
