The best fpl pod alongside blackbox. I’ve been a listener for 3 year’s & I’ve never missed an episode. Great chemistry between Tom & Lucy (even Nick, if he bothers to turn up next season?).
Excellent Show
Always one of my must-listens every week for the last few years. A great source for FPL information. Always enjoyable and fun to listen to. Tom, Nick, and Stag are great hosts that have interesting perspectives and topics each week around FPL. I’d highly recommend them to anyone, especially first-time FPL managers or new players to the game. They helped me through my first year learning the game.
I also love the data aspect that’s woven into conversations. It adds to the experience but doesn’t take it over. Whether you’re a stats manager or an eye test manager, there’s something good to hear each week.
FPL Experience + Wit = podcast gold
Tom, Nick and now Anthony form a great trio and go deep into FPL topics. Some reviews say it sounds too scripted but I disagree and would say it’s *structured* which is totally necessary for a successful pod. I like following the personal FPL recaps of these experts, hearing about the player trends in “market forces”, pondering everyone’s diverse views in the features, and hearing the answers to weekly questions. My favorite part might be the correspondence section but that might just be to get Tom all riled up, lol. These guys go DEEP into stats and at usually 1h long pods, you will not be left unsatisfied. Absolutely essential FPL advice. 5 stars
