FIT(ish)
Millennials need therapy... like a lot of it. So FIT(ish) host and quintessential millennial Phoebe Parsons has teamed up with burn out expert and therapist Sheena Schuy to help us start to make sense of it all in a 4-part series 'Millennials Need Therapy'. Together, they unpack some of the most iconic cultural moments (like Britney Spears Meltdown), pop culture messiness (being raised by the internet), and everyday struggles that left an entire generation in desperate need of therapy. Get ready for deep belly laughs, deep dives, and the mental health check-ins and validation you didn’t know you needed. Millennials Need Therapy will kick off on Monday October 7. Hi Phoebe, I just listened to your Black Friday Fail episode and figured it was my turn to leave my review! I’m an avid listener living in the Netherlands, from America, and started listening to your podcast when I was living in Peru based on a recommendation from a Melbourne roommate at the time. I now listen to you every week on my bike rides to my workout classes or walks to the grocery store on the Dutch streets. I couldn’t relate more to EVERYTHING you say. I love how raw, real, and hilarious you and your friends are. It’s a great time, wish I could hang out with you all! Not sure if this is the right way to leave a review or if this is more of a personal message? But I figured you’d get it. Everyone listen to this fun and fabulous podcast!! My Commute Counterpart. 💁🏼♀️🙌🏼

Because of traffic, my 20 minute commute home from work typically takes 40 minutes to over an hour. So you can imagine how thankful I was to find Phoebe’s podcast. Since April, I have been listening to her episodes, both new and old, and just recently completed listening to the entire the series. Even though I feel like Phoebe and I are very different people living in very different worlds, we are both the same age, both trying our best to navigate our way through life, and both succeeding and failing at different adventures every day. I’ve enjoyed getting to know Phoebe and her friends throughout the series. Because of her openness, it feels like catching up with old friends each week, and the addition of FFF has been an absolute joy. So YAS QUEEN, keep the LOLs and the jokes coming, and BYE FELICIA to all the haters out there. 👑🙌🏼🎉💖
Thanks for the motivation!
