The Most Important Things in Life Are "Useless"

Zhuangzi Was Right All Along Inspired by: Zhuangzi Was Right All Along The Trap of Usefulness Our society proclaims: If it is not useful, it is a waste of time. If it doesn't make money, it is not worth doing. If it doesn't lead somewhere, it should not be started. Slowly, without noticing, we begin to measure everything in this way. What is the point? What is the return? What do I get out of this? Something strange is happening. We have never been more efficient—and we have never felt more empty. People don't daydream anymore. They waste their time on social media with their smartphones to distract themselves—instead of using the saved time for pleasure. They optimize, they don't explore. They calculate, and then they waste their time on their smartphones. Hobbies Become Side Hustles Even hobbies are no longer free. They are turned into "side hustles." Even rest feels guilty if it is not productive. And so people procrastinate because they don't have enough pleasure or playtime anymore. They lose their curiosity, their wonder, and the courage to do something for no reason at all. The Usefulness of the Useless Zhuangzi said: "The usefulness of the useless is the greatest usefulness." Sounds contradictory. But "useless" doesn't mean meaningless. It means: Not driven by immediate reward Not forced into productivity Not reduced to a function It is the act of doing something simply because you are drawn to it—out of curiosity, out of love, or out of a quiet sense that this matters. Like love. Like playing. Look at children playing. Even if you can't explain why. Where Greatness Begins This is where art begins. This is where science begins. This is where exploration begins. Not with profit, but with wonder. Our whole science started with exploration without having profit in sight. Because we wanted to know. The drive was not to make money—and so science was far more effective. The Corruption of Modern Science Today, our science is corrupt because the aim is publications—and suppressing opposing evidence. After five years, 90% of scientific "facts" are proven wrong or outdated. For instance, the myth of drinking two liters of water every day—even though it has been proven that it harms the heart and kidneys. You should only drink when you are thirsty, like every animal. That makes sense, but science doesn't like that. The Paradox of Our Time Today we have more tools, more comfort, and more access to knowledge than any generation before us—and yet we hesitate to begin. We scroll endlessly, consuming fragments of other people's lives. We have ideas, but we rarely act on them because we don't want to risk. We want to consume. We want instant gratification. And then we convince ourselves that it might not be useful, worth it, or lead us to something meaningful. Losing Our Childlike Wonder We lose our naivety, our willingness to explore, to try, to imagine like children. Without the useless, there is: No art No wonder No love No breakthrough No leading into the unknown Our lives become repetition, optimization, and distraction—and that leads to frustration. Never has the frustration level of the young generation been higher than today. The Final Truth If you only pursue what is useful, you will never reach what truly matters. What truly matters starts as something unnecessary, something inefficient, something unjustified—something useless. What drives humanity forward comes from: Curiosity Passion A quiet refusal of the status quo The useless things—like love, awareness, and religious values—are the highest forms of living. And the smartphone? It leads to addiction and distraction. New findings for healing from clove water

Clove water, made by steeping whole or ground cloves in hot water and then straining them, offers several potential health benefits. These benefits are primarily due to a compound called eugenol, which is the main active ingredient in cloves. Here’s a breakdown of the key benefits, along with important safety considerations. Potential Health Benefits 1. Rich in Antioxidants Cloves are packed with antioxidants, including eugenol. These compounds help fight oxidative stress caused by free radicals, which can damage your cells and contribute to chronic diseases like heart disease and certain cancers. 2. May Aid Digestion Clove water is a traditional remedy for various digestive issues. Reduces Gas and Bloating: It can help stimulate the production of digestive enzymes, which may reduce gas, bloating, and indigestion. Soothes Nausea: Sipping on clove water may help alleviate feelings of nausea. 3. Oral Health Support Thanks to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, clove water can be a great addition to your oral hygiene routine. Fights Bad Breath: The antimicrobial properties help kill bacteria that cause bad breath. Reduces Gum Inflammation: It can soothe sore or bleeding gums. (Note: It is not a substitute for professional dental care). May Ease Toothache: While clove oil is more potent for this purpose, clove water can provide mild, temporary relief for tooth pain. 4. Blood Sugar Regulation Some studies suggest that eugenol and other compounds in cloves may help improve insulin function and lower blood sugar. Drinking clove water could be a supportive practice for managing blood sugar levels, but it is crucial to consult with a doctor first, especially if you are on diabetes medication. 5. Supports Liver Health The antioxidants in cloves, particularly eugenol, have been shown in studies to have a protective effect on the liver, potentially helping to reduce oxidative stress and improve liver function. 6. May Help Regulate Blood Pressure Some research indicates that the compounds in cloves may help relax blood vessels, which can contribute to lower blood pressure. 7. Immune System Support Cloves have antimicrobial and antibacterial properties, which means clove water could potentially help your body fight off minor infections and support your overall immune system. How to Make Clove Water Making clove water is very simple: Crush 1-2 teaspoons of whole cloves (or use 1-2 teaspoons of ground cloves) to release their beneficial oils. Bring 1-2 cups of water to a boil. Pour the hot water over the crushed cloves. Cover and let it steep for 10-20 minutes. The longer it steeps, the stronger it will be. Strain the liquid to remove the clove pieces. You can drink it warm or chilled. You may also add a slice of lemon or a small amount of honey for taste. Important Precautions and Side Effects While clove water is generally safe for most people when consumed in moderation, it's important to be aware of the risks: Blood Thinning: Eugenol can slow blood clotting. If you have a bleeding disorder or are about to have surgery, avoid consuming large amounts of clove water. It can also interact with blood-thinning medications like warfarin. Low Blood Sugar: If you are on medication for diabetes, drinking clove water could potentially lower your blood sugar too much. Monitor your levels carefully. Allergic Reactions: Some people may be allergic to cloves. Discontinue use if you experience itching, rash, or difficulty breathing. Children and Infants: Clove water should not be given to infants or young children, as it can be too strong and carries a risk of adverse effects. Not a Substitute for Medical Treatment: Clove water is a complementary health practice and should not replace any prescribed medications or professional medical advice. Disclaimer: This information is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new health regimen. Identify Your Natural Talent

Stop developing skills until you identify your natural talent. Everybody has a God-given gift or talent. Often, it is hard to see your own talents because they feel completely normal to you. You notice the effort others put in, but you don't notice your own. As the saying goes: I can make you look, but I can’t make you see. Other people are often the ones who discover your talents for you. Seeing is a choice. A Story About Barbra Streisand Barbra Streisand originally wanted to become an actor. But when her boyfriend heard her singing, he was shocked—he had never heard such a beautiful voice before. He told her, "You have to become a singer." Would you agree? Talent vs. Skill If you invest 10,000 hours in your talent, your talent will manifest. But first, you need to discover it—and then work hard to develop it. Without deliberate practice and excellence, no talent is truly accessible. Talent is domain-dependent. A domain is an area of control, knowledge, interest, or activity. Talent only reveals itself when the environment activates it. A person can go through their entire life without ever discovering their talent. Imagine a gifted mathematician, musician, or strategist who never encounters situations that allow them to discover or develop their abilities. The Hardware and Software Analogy You can’t develop a talent—you are born with it. A skill is what you do with the hardware. Talent is the hardware itself. Skill is the software. Parents should pay close attention to the natural talents of their children. A Different Way of Perceiving Reality Talent is a different way of perceiving reality. For example, I am dyslexic. My brain is structured differently—the language center is located on a different hemisphere. At night, I get lost easily because it’s very difficult for me to match nighttime lighting with the mental map I formed during daylight (a common trait among dyslexics). But for every disadvantage, there is an advantage. For dyslexics, that advantage is often outstanding creativity. How to Find Your God-Given Talent Enter many domains—explore different areas of knowledge, interests, and activities. Pay attention to what comes easier to you than to others. Listen to external feedback—what do people consistently compliment you on? Pay attention to what you are obsessive about—what grabs your focus without effort? Talent is not something you manufacture. It is what reality reveals when you place yourself in the right domain. Move through many areas in life, and let something reveal your talents to you.

How to Communicate with the Lord?

I recently listened to a polished speech from the new Pope. And I asked myself: Is he really connected – to his heart, to God – when he speaks? Honestly? I don't think so. So I can't believe what he says. The Problem with Polished Words There's an old sales saying: "Emotions sell, and data tells." When you sing, speak, or sell – you want to make an impact. And if your words come from real emotion, you connect with people. But a polished speech? Nobody is interested – not even God. C.S. Lewis on Prayer After the Pope's speech, I was drawn to a video by C.S. Lewis – "How to Talk to God the Right Way." His message cut through: God is not impressed by polished speeches or prayers. He rather ignores them. If you pray out of need, or let your words flow from humility – God hears you. But polished words? They are born from arrogance or pride. Both the Bible and the Quran warn: "God does not like the proud." "Pride comes before the fall." Why I Can't Repeat Prayers Honestly? I never repeat prayers – because they feel useless to me. I need to connect with God. Without that connection, I feel devastated. And then these religions come along, offering a formula to pray "the right way." They are so proud of their stupid prayers – but they never work for most people. How I Actually Pray I speak to God as my friend and helper. I want to make God happy – with the things I do, or simply with how I live. My work is my prayer. Do your best – because you do it for God. Do everything to please Him. That should be our goal. The Heart of Prayer – C.S. Lewis's Definition "Our heart should be in our prayer. Without praying out of our heart, the prayer is useless." Prayer is not to impress God. It is to reveal yourself to Him. Crafted prayers don't work. But when we pour our heart out to God – raw, real, vulnerable – He responds. Jesus in the Garden Think of Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane. He didn't recite a polished prayer. He trembled. He sweated drops of blood. His prayer was so raw, so vulnerable – it still echoes today. How to Talk to God – A Simple Guide Based on C.S. Lewis's teaching, here's how to communicate with God: Instead of...                                 Do this... Polished, memorized prayers        Speak from your heart – your real feelings Trying to impress God     Be humble and honest about your need Repeating formulas     Pour out your worries, fears, and desires Praying to look good     Reveal yourself – the good, bad, and ugly Using fancy religious language     Speak like you're talking to a close friend Final Thought God doesn't want your eloquence. He wants you – your heart, your struggle, your honesty. As Jesus showed us, real prayer is sometimes trembling, sweating, and crying out in the dark. That's the kind of prayer that never dies. Why Fighting Your Feelings Is Making Everything Worse

The Problem: We Suppress, Not Feel We are programmed to make feelings go away instead of feeling them. We look for distraction—easy to find today—and suppress our emotions. We think our emotions are our enemy. We like to be together with happy people, with no drama. And so we consume a lot of drugs, or we become addicted to social media and our mobile phones. Look at today's health reports: 60% of children are chronically ill. 10% are autistic. Suicide rates are at an all-time high. Depression has never been at such a high level. Wars are raging like crazy. The suicide rate of U.S. Army servicemen is five times higher than the death rate on the battlefield. Isn't this evidence enough to question a society that supports the suppression of emotions? How Does It Start? We send our five-year-old child to kindergarten. It comes back depressed. We politely ask what happened, and then we say: "Don't see it that way. Don't be emotionally affected. Don't go into your emotions. You see it absolutely wrong." The message is clear: Suppress your emotions. Instead, we should let the child cry or express its emotions fully. Just be there. Comfort it until it finds calmness by itself. You think that will never happen? It will happen—it just needs time. And please, don't scroll on your mobile phone while doing it. A Personal Story: India We decided to go to India. Our journey was very challenging—so many things went wrong. She wanted to go home. I said: "Go. I will continue." But she stayed. She could express all of her emotions, her doubts, her anxiety. She got severely sick twice. Can you imagine? We went from 45°C heat to freezing snowstorms at 5,400 meters altitude in Ladakh, and then back to 45°C in Delhi and Varanasi. She couldn't eat the Indian food. She had never experienced freezing temperatures as a Thai person. There was no heating. The internet didn't work. Shocking or not? For me, it wasn't—because I'm used to it. At the end of the trip, she asked me: "Where should we go next time?" I said: "Africa." She said: "OK." Why? Because she could express all her emotions and never got abandoned or punished. That is what a true relationship looks like. What Happens When We Suppress Negative Feelings? Suppressed negative emotions will: Make us sick. Influence our decisions negatively. Increase our fear level significantly. Make us addicted to consumption, shopping, distraction, social media, drugs, etc. Isolate us—because we can't express our emotions, we can't build true relationships. Suppress our positive emotions as well. Reduce our vulnerability, sensitivity, and love. Suppress our spontaneity and creativity. Close our heart. Cause choleric reactions—sudden outbursts of anger over minor problems, punishing innocent people. Lead to projections—blaming others for our own wrongdoing. Turn us into robots. The Beauty of Expressing Emotions Watch a three-year-old child. They don't suppress their emotions. They change their mood within five minutes. When they are happy, they beam with joy. When they are sad, they cry. That is the beauty of expressing emotions. The Solution: Mindfulness Mindfulness is not about stopping your thoughts and feelings. It is about learning to observe thoughts and feelings without judgment or attachment. What Is True Adulthood? True adulthood is mindfulness—accepting our own thoughts and emotions, and accepting all emotions from other people without resenting them. How to Learn This? Attend encounter groups and bioenergetic groups—until you learn to express your emotions fully and accept the emotions of other people. Just do it. Your Money Is Being Reprogrammed

The Chinese government is controlling his citizen and that wants our governments to do also.. The Chinese have face detection cameras installed at public places and are so checking what their people are doing.. For instance,  they want that you visit your parents  regularly… And if you don’t do so you can’t use the public transportation anymore or go on vacation… Today our government wants that we pay with our mobile phone and not with cash anymore… They argue you can’t pay for tax less service anymore.. But what is if you can’t pay with cash anymore… They can control where you can spend your money… Even worse they want to introduce to stable coins,… that are Cryptos with an equal value of their currencies…. We have already stable coins for US dollar, Euro… 1… The government can so create money endless with stable coins… And they can program our stable coins how to spend it… If they don’t want you buying petrol for your car… they program your stable coins to exclude petrol… Or, in Europe, it is legal to limit your spending through the government, if you have posted good things about Putin… Is this Democracy?   In the USA, every new car has a stop switch build inside the engine, so that the government can stop your engine, so that you can’t use your car anymore….  They say, if you drive too dangerous we can prevent that with that switch…  Now, they have created a new identification system with an eye(or iris)- foot-print or another identification system so that they can track you and control you.. In Thailand, they use already an identification system on the border, so you don’t have to show your passport anymore when you are registered…. For sure, I am not registered, but I can get wire taped, because I worked in High-Tech-industry. If you give one time your permission you get wire-taped your entire life….  We get already controlled from Google and Facebook to sell us their garbage… But what is if they give all of their information to the government? For instance you sleep with your neighbor’s wife…  Next day you can’t use your car and your account is locked… So,they do in China already. But what is, if you post something negative about our corrupt, lying, kid rapist, president (you know who I mean?), Israel  … or the people in the Epstein regime, they do the same thing.
