RAFT has a mission to improve the level of care for sexual and domestic violence survivors by supporting advocates in building resilience to compassion fatigue and burnout. Previously known as the "Caring for the Caregivers Podcast" the RAFT podcast has been created to support you, the Advocate, in the amazing work you do every day to make a difference in the lives of your clients and their children. With a focus on positive psychology, setting boundaries, building shame resilience, and improving your self-care, the RAFT podcast will provide the tools and answers you need to deal with the challenging situations you are facing every day in both your work and personal life.
