Welcome to the show Darren, and welcome back Kacey. We talk to Darren this week about his journey on his road to hope. While Darren is from Houston, he's been everywhere. Just wait and hear for yourself. Darren explains why when he got home he wouldn't stop at toll booths but instead would run through them. Darren speaks on other places he sought help and where they came up just short. Fortunatley circumstances brought him to Camp Hope working on a campaign. That's when Darren realized Camp Hope was where he needed to be. 

Welcome back to the show Kacey. We welcome in Derek from Nacogdoches. Here at Camp Hope, we hope to never ever be the best kept secret. When we ask you to share our show with everybody, we mean it. We hear from Derek today and one of the things he mentions to us is that he wished he'd found out about Camp Hope sooner. We hope you will help people like Derek by sharing this show with everybody you know. Another thing we learn this week about Derek is that he's a master cupcake maker. So it's even more awkward when we ask him what his favorite MRE was. 

We welcome back Kacey and welcome in Ben. Ben comes from Philadelphia so the first question we need answered: Gino's or Pat's? (If you know, you know) While Ben was deployed, his was a very special task he carried out everyday. We talk further about Ben's story on his road to hope and discuss the fact that doing what you think you should do when you get home, may not be what you actually need to do. 

We welcome back to the show Kacey and welcome in Richard. We want to let you know that everyone has some way they can help us at Camp Hope and we pay respect to those volunteers that do just that for us everyday. We talk to Richard about how he got to Camp Hope. He explains the moment when service became "real" for him. 

We welcome back to the show Kacey, and welcome in Jack. Veterans learn early to "push it (the discomfort) down, walk over it and move on". That may work during deployment but once the vets get home, that's no longer a good option. We discuss that very thing. We also discuss what the families of the vets at Camp Hope go through. There are programs for them as well that many don't know about. Finally, we talk to Jack. He discusses why he felt like he couldn't come clean about having PTSD and tells us his story on his road to hope. 

We welcome back Kacey and welcome in Bradley. Bradley tells us about his first impressions of Camp Hope as well as how he got here. We also ask: "How long does it take to get through the program". Kacey has the answer to that. It's our Easter show and we hope you give it a listen.
