The Everyday Missionary

If you like false dichotomies and are ashamed of the Gospel, this is the podcast for you. There is a way to be balanced in your faith without abandoning core tenets of God’s revealed Word. Despite his good intentions, this podcast ain’t it. Instead, turn to Christ Jesus, the power of God and the wisdom of God.

The knowledge and conceptual understanding that builds the messages in these podcasts is so well constructed that it both reassures and impresses. The view of how Christians are to move through the world is examined by looking hard at the many ways a truly Christ like response is radically different than the worldly (unChrist-like) way of doing things. It reveals the podcaster’s deep study and a humility in that very effort. At the same time, it shows a willingness to be in the middle of the messy world rather than cloistered from it. If you want to be inspired to the daily-ness of the incredible privilege of being “in the world, but not of the world,” mark this as a favorite listening experience.
