Excellent, erudite, fun food and beverage podcast!
Chef Scott Hall is the real deal. He grew up in South Carolina, cooked up and down the block in Manhattan for 10 years, and brought back his skills to make the food scene shine just a little bit (actually a lot) brighter in Columbia, S.C. Excited to hear how he builds his super popular food truck brand, Bone-In Artisan Barbecue on Wheels, into the new Bone-In Barbeque restaurant in the new BullStreet Neighborhood in downtown Columbia, S.C. Not just because I love his BBQ.
