Following up on episode #121 (Gaslighting, Narcissism, Manipulation and Abuse in the Spiritual and Coaching Community) and episode #46 (Predators in the Spiritual Community), Michelle and Katherine share what they have observed when supporting people after leaving cults and abusive practitioner relationships.  Michelle and Katherine discuss the recovery process, how to assess your energy body for unwanted attachments and implants, and offer support for re-matrixing your relationship with Spirit and your spiritual practice in a healthy, sovereign way.
