    Ira Parker is a writer, executive producer and showrunner who currently serves as executive producer and showrunner of HBO’s A KNIGHT OF THE SEVEN KINGDOMS, which he co-created with George R. R. Martin. Taking place nearly a century before the events of GAME OF THRONES, the series follows a young, naïve but courageous knight, Ser Duncan the Tall, and his diminutive squire, Egg, as great destinies, powerful foes, and dangerous exploits await these improbable friends. Previously, Parker served as a writer and co-executive producer on the first season of HBO’s HOUSE OF THE DRAGON, the GAME OF THRONES prequel centered on the Targaryen dynasty, where he penned episode four and played a key role in establishing the series’ early narrative. In this interview, he shares some advice for rising the ranks in a writers' room, we talk about his latest project A KNIGHT OF THE SEVEN KINGDOMS, the modern pressure for fast-paced plotting, and much more.     Michael Waldron is an Emmy Award-winning writer, director, showrunner, and producer. He broke through as a writer and producer on Adult Swim's RICK AND MORTY, earning an Emmy for his work on Season 4, before ascending to one of the most sought-after voices in Hollywood. He created, served as head writer, and executive produced Marvel and Disney+'s hit series LOKI and wrote DOCTOR STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS for director Sam Raimi.     Robert Kaplow is the author of numerous novels. In 2008, director Richard Linklater filmed an adaptation of Robert’s novel ME AND ORSON WELLES. In the past, Robert has taught English and Creative Writing, and for over a decade, he and his band (“Moe Moskowitz and the Punsters”) wrote, produced, and performed satirical sketches for NPR’s Morning Edition. BLUE MOON is his first original screenplay. BLUE MOON tells the story of Lorenz Hart's struggles with alcoholism and mental health as he tries to save face during the opening of "Oklahoma!". The film stars Ethan Hawke, Margaret Qualley, and Andrew Scott.     Spencer Hudnut launched his television career as a writer’s assistant on the CBS series UNFORGETTABLE, where he eventually transitioned into a writer-producer role. He continued building his portfolio as a writer-producer on NBC’s BLACKLIST: REDEMPTION before joining the CBS/Paramount+ series SEAL TEAM. Hudnut rose to the position of showrunner during the third season and guided the show all the way through seven total seasons before its finale in 2024. His new show, MARSHALS, follows ex-Navy SEAL Kayce Dutton as he leaves the Yellowstone ranch behind to join an elite U.S. Marshals unit.
