The logo each week will feature the guest. When I started Eat To Perform I quickly realized my dieting experience was similar to others, we talk about the good and bad to try and find answers to some tough questions.

My Dieting Life Wendy Stone Episode 3
Wendy is new to Eat To Perform which is why I thought she would make a great guest. Sadly her story is all too relatable but it does have a really happy ending.
-
My Dieting Life Jenni Berry Episode 2
Jenni's energy requirements are obscene, her calories have been as high as 4300 and that's for a 147 pound female. Her dieting life is interesting because she never really dieted (except for one short lived moment she talks about). I thought it would be interesting for you guys to hear about the life of a life long non-dieter.

My Dieting Life Kulia Lemus Episode 1
This is the first episode of what will be a series where we take people from the start of their life and bring them through their dieting life to see what they figured out and why. The first episode is with ETP Legend Kulia Lemus.
Customer Reviews
ETP changing the "dieting" paradigm
Love the first 3 interviews, 3 people with different histories and goals. These interviews are showing how ETP excels at tailoring a program to help an individual meet their goals. Paul Nobles and his coaches really give amazing personal support to people and really love seeing people succeed. ETP is a game changing approach to nutrition, whether you a CrossFit Games athlete, triathlete or someone that is just learning how to exercise productively. Every day there are members posting in the private groups who blow me away with their progress, from the 20 somethings to 60 year olds. These "real people" interviews reveal how the diet industry and society has damaged so many people, and how ETP has helped them physically and mentally.
Relatable content
I appreciate the content and relate to the people in these interviews, but the first recording sounds like a telephone interview with bad cell phone reception. I couldn’t even hear about half of the first episode. It takes me back to transcribing insurance interviews and straining to hear was said. It’s enough to find something I can actually hear instead. Such a good concept for a podcast, though.
Science and coaches who care
This group is for real people who struggle with a diet mindset, along with those who want proper fuel to perform well in life. I think that encompasses most of the world. Hearing from others helps keep me motivated - the coaches work hard to make sure we understand the plan (it's not difficult to follow) so we FEEL GREAT no matter what your choice of activity may be. I love ETP!!
