Audio Journal - Thoughts On Having Faith And Keeping On Keeping On

This is not an episode of my podcast, but an audio journal...I'm not sure if it will become a series or subset of the podcast, but it was therapeutic to record, and putting it out in the world is also a form of that therapy. Musicians and writers have said the same thing about their content, that when they write a song about something; once its out there, its like its gone. So this is an attempt at that, and has the same underlying theme as my podcast which is to help inspire other people. This particular post is about having faith that whatever past failures or feelings you have had, or are dealing with now: letting someone down, depression, anxiety, addiction, etc... that there is light at the end of the tunnel...you may not see that light yet, but you will if you just keep walking forward. So keep walking forward.

Episode 35 - Focus, Humility, And Wealth Building - DHK

MOST INFORMATIVE GUEST WE'VE HAD YET!!! Capture the Conversation was lucky enough to have (in my opinion) the best real estate attorney, Don Hyun Kiolbassa on the show to share his story on creating his business/foot print, the importance of seeking out mentors with humility and the best ways to generate wealth in todays and tomorrows market. You DO NOT want to miss this episode. Don and his team can be found at http://www.chicagorealestateatty.com/

Episode 34 - Weinberg Choi - Look at the Big Picture

Welcome to SEASON 2 of Capture the Conversation with Kevin Gilchriest!!! Ecstatic and grateful for the guests of this episode!!! Josh Weinberg and Tommy Choi of "Weinberg Choi Residential" were kind enough to make time to sit down with me and discuss their story of their entrepreneurial background, how and why they started, the importance of looking at the big picture when embarking on a difficult but exciting journey, and keeping track of where your success comes from. This episode really captures the true essence of what the show is about, I can't wait for you to hear it!! As always please leave comments, subscribe, and most importantly, enjoy! ****NOTE**** At the end of the show I mentioned that I had audible as an affiliate of the show and they were offering a free 30 day account...I have to call them as the link they sent me is not working. Hang tight on that and as soon as the offer is available I will blast it out!

Episode 33 - Amir Syed - Find Your Own Way

Very excited to have this guest on episode 33!!! Amir Syed is the SVP of Mortgage Lending/Branch Manager over at guaranteed Rate.. I recommend Amir and his team to all of my clients and also work with them on my own personal investments. We talk about Amir being an immigrant to this country, seeing his parents do what they had to in order to make things work, and the amount of opportunity we have, regardless of your background or where you come from. There is no excuse for not being able to make things work for yourself in the United States, you just have to "find your own way" as Amir put it, and be willing to sacrifice as you're going after your dreams. Leave comments below, subscribe on iTunes and as always, ENJOY!
