Rav Ariel Podcast

Rav Ariel is a dear friend, so learning something so important from him only inspires me more. His voice is a great tool and he uses it well.

A podcast is typically between 20-40 minutes long, not 5. He needs to either do better research or have more topics because a 5 minute podcast isn’t worth listening to. Also he needs to practice before he records. Too many umms and blank spaces where he tries to find his words.

The Rabbi's meditation is a true blessing. I'm forward to more mindfulness medication series.
