I think covering the browns for so long has broken Mary Kay… this woman is obsessed with the search for a qb.

IDK how anyone listens to this. Whereas Dan and Ashley are merely bumbling, Mary Kay is a total mouthpiece of and apologist for the team, bankrupt in journalistic ethics.

I’ve listened to this podcast for years and only occasionally still tune in. Mary Kay’s biggest check is from Browns ownership. She just tries to appeal to fans after Watson trashes an entire fan base and claims it “isn’t performance based.” Then on the very next podcast is singing Watson praises and lecturing fans with an excuse laden history lesson on how absolute trash Watson is as a player and human being. Ashley eats up everything MK says and regurgitates it. Thank God Dan had a pair to finally stand up to MK and Ashley, albeit weakly, and not let it go ‘uncorrected’ or without some minimal pushback. Save yourself the BS team driven narrative MK pushes and find ANYTHING else to do with your time. I’m sorry Dan, you seem like a good dude stuck in a bad situation.

I love listening to all perspectives and have been a Browns fan for 40 years. I haven’t missed an orange and browns talk podcast in a few years but I think you all broke me on the overwhelming support for Watson the past month. I’m not even a Sanders fan but I seriously question this groups independent journalism at this point as it feels like this group has been a part of the soft launch of Watson since OTAs with the front office and coaching staff. Maybe that’s how Mary Kay gets early access to inside news for the Browns. Disappointing. I remember listening to orange and browns talk when Mary Kay was trying to convince the audience to draft sanders second overall and another quarterback later in the draft two years ago. Now she is pressing Watson as the franchise quarterback.
