    311: Life Satisfaction & Personal Growth For Coaches

    It's SO important as coaches that we prioritise our own life satisfaction, and thus personal growth, throughout our coaching business journeys. I know there is SO much to be on top of already - your coaching, your business and all the different roles in life you play. BUT deprioritising your personal growth & life satisfaction is NOT the answer when your profession is coaching. Why?? Because your personal growth & life satisfaction is THE primary example of your product, and your values. Which as a coach simply MUST be some version of personal growth & life satisfaction. So how on earth do we make time for this, when there is so much else pulling at our time, energy and attention? This is what I'm answering in today's episode. Join me as I talk about: 1) Why your life is the product as a coach - and why your clients & community feel it energetically when your own satisfaction (in life and/or business) is missing; 2) The two camps we oscillate between - overfocusing on life, or overfocusing on business - and why neither one leaves us satisfied (including why you might be fantasising about a whole new business right now); 3) Why "something is wrong with me," "this is just what business requires" & "I have to choose" are made up beliefs (not facts) that perpetuate dissatisfaction for coaches; 4) The 3 REAL problems behind dissatisfaction; and 5) How I personally solved this for myself, and my incredible clients - so that life satisfaction and personal growth is always prioritised along our business journeys in a way that is truly sustainable and supports us holistically thriving within ourselves, and across our beautiful lives and coaching businesses.     309: Designing a Business that Supports You As A Woman to THRIVE - Menstrual Cycle, Pregnancy, Post Partum, Peri-Menopause, Menopause

    Honouring your body as a woman is SO important - when you understand what is happening within your body, it allows you to support it. This is the real biohacking! So when it comes to building & leading our businesses - I teach women how to work with their body to design a business that truly allows them to thrive. Today, I'll be introducing you to the most sustainable system, designed by nature herself, we can use within our businesses (and lives) and to support us as women to thrive: the menstrual cycle. I'll also be showing you how you can use this system for sustainable creativity in your business, whether you're experiencing a menstrual cycle or not and even whether you have a female body or not. It was built to sustain arguably the biggest creative project of all - life. We will also touch on peri menopause, menopause, pregnancy & post partum and situations where you are in your menstrual cycling years but are not experiencing a menstrual cycle due to contraception, medication, stress, grief or otherwise. It's important to know how you best operate as a human, and for all the women out there - we have A LOT of negative conditioning to overcome that disconnects us from our bodies. Leading us to push, push, push against our bodies which is what leads to burn out and break down. By honouring & respecting your body - you will build more trust with yourself and you set yourself up with all the valuable information you need to support a state of thriving in life and business.     I started a series for you all about a year ago all about the 4 stages to the world class business cycle and an offer’s journey from $0 to $200K+ in revenue.     306: Is This The Right Path??? Overcoming The Paradox of Choice

    The paradox of choice is probably our biggest challenge as people right now and it's only going to get worse with AI. I know it has been for me ever since I was in my final years of high school. When there are so many options to choose from - how do you choose the right one? As coaches and business owners who know we have the power to create anything - this incessant question can be so insidious. If we're not careful it will have us spinning in circles forever. And it's 100% impacting your clients too. Thankfully on the 1st of January this year I found the answer to this question - and ever since I found it, I've not looked back and I no longer ask myself any form of this question. No more: Is this the right path? the right choice? the right career? the right niche? the right offer? the right business? the right partner? the right one? the right community? the right program.
