    Greetings, my friends. When life and work unravels, timely words can revive us. We share a God-guided encounter with a man whose struggle mirrored our own past.     Greetings, My Friends. What can we do when feeling worn thin by long days, big goals, and vision from God?  I am excited to share a grounded, hope-filled message drawn from Isaiah 40:31 that reframes weariness and points to a supernatural source of strength.  Rather than pushing and straining for more hustle, I am sharing  how placing hope in God renews courage, steadies vision, and turns waiting into anticipation. I share a simple, robust definition of hope—“the positive assurance and expectation of a promised outcome”—and show how that belief shifts daily choices.  You’ll hear a personal story of my praying for ten more years and receiving twenty with my employer, asking for enough finances to sustain me and seeing them doubled, and why recording those moments beside Scripture builds a living archive of God’s faithfulness. The recalling process, with gratitude, joy, and thanksgiving, becomes fuel for the next step, especially when your goals and God's vision seem distant.  We will expand our vision to a bigger view: the God who names the stars and keeps them in place invites us to stop limiting what he can do through us.  Faith, then, looks like trusting, obeying, and relying on his promises when sight falls short. What are we to do when we encounter hindrances to our vision and goals that God helps us to set? What if the only thing standing between your vision and its fulfillment is the voice you choose to believe? We take you inside Mark 5 to watch faith at work in real time—Jairus pushing through a crowd, a woman reaching for Jesus with a single sentence of confidence, and a Savior who answers bad news with a better word: “Do not be afraid, only believe.” I am sharing this conversation and insight from God with you. We connect the dots between vision, goals, and God’s provision. We share why every God-given goal needs a matching promise, how to find that promise in Scripture, and how to use it as your first response when fear knocks. I’ll share a personal story about speaking peace over family, anchored in Isaiah’s assurance that descendants will be taught by the Lord and enjoy great peace. When your vision gets challenged or tested, your first instinct might be to fix everything fast.  I am sharing a new response because I’ve been there—and in this conversation, I walk through a counterintuitive path that steadies the heart and clarifies the next step: pause, practice God’s presence, and proclaim His promises before you move. That shift—from reacting to responding—turns obstacles into places of renewal and moves your goals forward with quiet strength. I am sharing a recent moment when panic knocked, and how stillness opened the door to a better response. From Hebrews 10:36, I gained a clear insight: patience often sits between obedience and fulfillment.  We also unpack the Three P’s—patience, perseverance, and practice—and show how they work together in real life. Practice means withdrawing to a quiet place, remembering God’s faithfulness, and speaking truth out loud over your goals and vision. Perseverance means steady motion in the strength God provides, especially when fatigue or spiritual resistance pushes back. Patience becomes active expectancy, like a skilled server—attentive, ready, and responsive at the right time.     Greetings, my friends.  Tony Williams here.  Welcome to SELDI - (Summit Evergreen Leader Development Insights). God promises us "Rest". This message will encourage you and give you rest.  The weight of big goals that we set with God can feel holy and heavy at the same time. We open a different way forward: "rest" as a promise, not a luxury. Guided by the words of Jesus—“Come to me… and I will give you rest”—we explore how leaders, parents, and creators can stop forcing outcomes and start living from an intimate relationship with God. The mindset shift is simple and brave: trust the One who calls you to also carry you, and let your work flow from an "overflow" of His presence rather than pressure. God gives us the details for what rest actually looks like in real life. It starts with priority—seeking God first, meeting Him in Scripture, and letting the Holy Spirit speak a specific promise into your current season. From there, execution becomes lighter, joyful, and more focused. You still plan, lead, and deliver, but you refuse the lie that God's love must be earned or results must be manufactured. Instead, you work from overflow.  God reveals the truth about the myth of busyness, naming it a tactic that distracts us from the Source of our strength and clarity. Let's begin 2026 with a God-centered vision and plan that fills you with hope and confidence, knowing He guides your steps.  I am sharing a simple, repeatable way to move from anxious goal-setting to a grounded vision shaped by intimacy with God, anchored in Matthew 6:33 and Proverbs 3:5–6. Instead of guessing your way forward, learn how to listen well, write clearly, and act boldly with a peace that lasts. Today, you can begin by being alone with God. A quiet-time rhythm, practiced consistently, that unlocks clarity through unhurried moments with a Bible, a notebook, and clear guidance, helping you experience God's presence and direction more deeply.  Listening to and trusting God strengthens you — building resilience, surfacing the right opportunities, and giving you the courage to face the impossible.  There is a vast difference between self-powered planning and God-led planning, showing why humility and dependence produce better decisions for your family, your work, and your calling. Together, with God, you can shape your 2026 vision with confidence, one that you can run with: goals that fit your season, next steps you can take this week, and a God-inspired plan that integrates your faith into daily actions.     Seeing The New Thing God Is Doing In You

    Live and work this year empowered by conviction, courage, and confidence that you can not fail because of a divine declaration that something new is happening now! Nothing invigorates more than a mindset that we are victorious because we align ourselves with the One who can not fail and always keeps His promises! This message of encouragement centers on a single promise with deep roots and present power: “Behold, I will do a new thing” (Isaiah 43:19).  It’s a declaration of God’s initiative, love, and timing. The message invites us to notice where God is already at work and then to respond with trust that He will do everything He promises. God challenges us to shift—from self-effort to a surrendered expectancy that, with Him, all things are possible, and He will help us accomplish all the goals we set together.  God tells us to forget the past, even the miraculous, and believe Him for even greater works this year!  Whatever vision God gives you for this year and beyond, boldly declare, “Yes, with God,  I will!” Your commitment to God and to what He is doing in you, your family, your work, and wherever He sends you releases the power of God to accomplish everything and much more than we can imagine. Ask God to show you -  “Lord Jesus, give me a discerning spirit to see what you want me to see.” That request changes how we scan our days.
