This rooted problem has been around for a long time with different caucus involved from PhD and Associate lecturers to so-called pastors. Movies have been made and songs even charting in individual countries about it yet society has turned a blind eye as it's seen as the norm. In this episode, we discuss why this has been allowed to go on for so long and what is the possible solution of ending this atrocious disgusting behavior by people in power in the higher education institution.
