Very solid podcast on the whole Lean Law thing. I like the guests, very solid. Well produced and they have great points. Only complaint, and it’s more a small gripe, is it seems they have a bit of a limited view of the law, for example, they talk a lot about getting paid at the end of a case. That’s true in PI and maybe some bigger business law cases but in the majority of the small law world you get paid upfront. Another similar small issue, is they often talk about family law and improvements in that sector but they clearly have never done any family law on any serious level.
Overall though, great podcast that has a lot of pragmatic approach to running a law firm.
