Protect Your Peace, But Don’t Isolate Yourself

Tonight on Chat on the Couch Wednesday, we’re talking about something we don’t discuss enough: friendship and brotherhood. The summer program is officially coming to an end, and I’m reflecting on what these last few months working with young people taught me—not just about them, but about myself. We’re asking some uncomfortable questions: What’s the best thing you’ve learned about yourself? What mistakes do you keep making over and over? Who are the people who actually hold you accountable? And what does it really mean to protect your peace? I’ve started understanding why some people become guarded, stop dealing with everybody, and would rather be alone than constantly surrounded by chaos. But there’s a difference between protecting your peace and building a prison around yourself. We’re also getting into a conversation I had with my brothers about relationships, attraction, sex, and whether people value experiencing different relationships or building something lasting with one person. No judgment. Just an honest conversation about what our answers reveal about what we actually want. Because sometimes the questions we ask other people expose something we’re still trying to understand about ourselves. This is Chat on the Couch Wednesday. Come talk. Come disagree. Come tell the truth. And most importantly, ask yourself: “What are my relationships teaching me about who I am?” Welcome to Road to Victory.

Three Brothers. One Couch. No Filters.

THREE BROTHERS. ONE CONVERSATION. NO FILTERS. This week on Road to Victory, Ant Diggity sits down with Blind Boss and Big City for one of the most honest and mature conversations yet. We’re talking about brotherhood, sex, relationships, attraction, love, loyalty, dating, mistakes, experiences, and the lessons we’ve learned becoming men. Not a conversation about bragging. Not a conversation about who’s had the most experiences. A conversation about what those experiences actually taught us. How has sex shaped the way we look at relationships? Do men actually want variety—or do we sometimes use experiences to fill something deeper? What’s the difference between lust, attraction, intimacy and love? What makes a man commit? What makes a man run? What does loyalty actually mean? Can you have a healthy sex life while still protecting your peace? And what happens when three brothers with different experiences sit down and tell the truth? We’re bringing all of it to the couch. The jokes will be there. The disagreements will be there. The uncomfortable questions will be there. But underneath all of it is one bigger question: WHAT ARE WE REALLY LOOKING FOR? Because sometimes what we think we want sexually has very little to do with sex. Sometimes we’re looking for validation. Sometimes connection. Sometimes excitement. Sometimes love. Sometimes we’re simply trying to understand ourselves. This is a mature conversation between brothers about the things men don’t always feel comfortable saying out loud. Blind Boss. Big City. Ant Diggity. Three perspectives. One couch. No judgment. Just brotherhood, honesty and lessons. Welcome to Chat on the Couch Wednesday. Welcome to the Road to Victory Podcast.

    Finish the Old Coffee First

CHAT ON THE COUCH WEDNESDAY — LIVE What if some of the things you’re calling “standards,” “logic,” “being realistic,” or “protecting yourself” are actually keeping you from experiencing the life you say you want? In this episode of Road to Victory, Ant Diggity gets into the uncomfortable truth about how easily we can think ourselves out of attraction, opportunities, relationships, happiness, and even our own purpose. Don’t unsexy the sexy. Sometimes we talk ourselves out of attraction before we’ve even given the person, situation, or connection a real chance. We create a list of reasons something won’t work before we even discover whether it could work. We automatically disqualify people and opportunities because they don’t look exactly like what we imagined. But what if the thing you dismissed could have been exactly what you needed? We also explore one of the biggest contradictions in life: The same wall you build to keep disappointment out is the same wall keeping happiness out. Protection feels safe—but eventually protection can become isolation. Inspired by the famous line from The Sandlot, “You’re killing me, Smalls,” we talk about the importance of knowing when to stop overthinking and simply experience the moment. Sometimes your brain isn’t protecting you anymore. It’s preventing you from living. Then comes a lesson from something as simple as coffee. Ant recently bought new coffee and cream and was excited to try them—but instead of immediately opening the new stuff, he realized there was still coffee and cream left. For perhaps the first time, he thought: “Let me finish what I already have before I open something new.” That small decision reminded him of something his parents taught him growing up: Finish this first. Then you can move on. And suddenly, something as simple as coffee became a philosophy for life. Finish what’s in front of you. One thing at a time. Don’t constantly chase the next thing while neglecting the thing you’re already holding. This is a conversation about attraction, fear, overthinking, loneliness, discipline, patience, relationships, self-protection, and learning how to actually experience your life instead of constantly analyzing it. And because this is Chat on the Couch Wednesday, the audience isn’t watching from the sidelines. The LIVE CHAT becomes part of the show. We’re asking: Have you ever talked yourself out of someone you were attracted to? What wall have you built to protect yourself? What happiness might that wall be keeping out? Are you overthinking your life? What do you need to finish before you move on to the next thing? And the question underneath everything: WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE ABOUT YOURSELF? Come laugh. Come debate. Come disagree. Come tell the truth. But most importantly… Come ready to learn something about yourself. Because the goal isn’t just to entertain you. The goal is to leave you with something powerful enough to change what you do tomorrow. Welcome to Chat on the Couch Wednesday. Welcome to the Road to Victory Podcast.

🎙️ Chat on the Couch Wednesday

CHAT ON THE COUCH WEDNESDAY IS LIVE. Life is not like a porno. You don’t always wake up and magically find your pot of gold. You don’t always get the relationship, the career, the money, the success, or the happy ending exactly when you expect it. And sometimes life can feel like you’re on the set with nobody else there. Not because you “f****d yourself.” Not because you’re unworthy. Not because something is wrong with you. Sometimes you’re simply in a season where you’re being asked to learn how to stand alone. In this episode of Road to Victory, Ant Diggity gets real about loneliness, timing, self-worth, faith, relationships, and the uncomfortable seasons where you have to create, grow, and build by yourself. We explore the idea that when the student is ready, the teacher will come—and what it means to trust that the things you’re genuinely meant to have can find their way to you without you desperately chasing them. But the biggest question of the night isn’t about relationships, money, success, or anybody else. It’s: WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE ABOUT YOURSELF? Because if you don’t believe you’re enough, you can have everything you’ve ever wanted and still feel empty. And if you know your worth, you can walk through a season of being alone without believing you’re forgotten. Tonight we’re putting the questions directly to the LIVE CHAT: What are you waiting for? What season are you currently in? What are you learning while you’re alone? What do you believe about yourself? This isn’t just entertainment. This is a conversation designed to make you laugh, think, question yourself, and hopefully leave with something you can actually use. Because your current season isn’t necessarily your final destination. Don’t let anybody convince you that you aren’t enough. Your story is still being written. Welcome to Chat on the Couch Wednesday.
