    Still Struggling?

    If I'm really saved, why do I still struggle? If that question has ever followed you out of a church service, down the highway, or into a quiet moment where you wondered whether your faith is even real, this message is for you. In week 6 of Seeds, Pastor Josh Joines opens Matthew 13 and the story Jesus told about a farmer, a field of good wheat, and the weeds an enemy planted while everyone slept. When the workers offered to rip the weeds out, the farmer said no. He would not risk the wheat. That is how God sees you. The day you gave your life to Jesus, He planted His seed in you, and 1 Peter 1:23 calls that seed imperishable. It does not rot. It does not leave when you lose your temper on the way to church. Having weeds doesn't make you a weed. In this message you will hear: Why Jesus did not shed His blood to modify your behavior, and what He came to do The better question to ask when you feel like a failing Christian: if I'm not saved, why does this bother me so much? Why shame has never been a good fertilizer (Romans 8:1) What grace does. It never lowers the bar. It is God giving you the power to get over it (Titus 2:11 and 12) Three ways to grow what God planted in you: fix your eyes on Jesus, feed the seed, and cooperate with the Holy Spirit God is not standing over your life with a list of everything wrong with you. He is protecting what He planted, and He is growing it right now. Stay planted, and one day you will look back and say, look what the Lord has done.     Change Your Harvest

    Is there an area of your life you keep trying to change, but you keep getting the same results? Your marriage. Your money. Your mind. Your walk with God. You have prayed about it, you have wanted it to change, and it still feels stuck. In week five of Seeds, Pastor Josh asks the question that changes everything: could the harvest you are reaping today be coming from the seeds you planted yesterday? And then he gives the hope that comes right behind it. Your future is not stuck. God is not finished. You can reap a better harvest if you start planting better seeds, and God Himself will give you the faith and the wisdom to plant them. From Galatians 6, Mark 4, Genesis 8, Hosea 10, Joel 2 and Psalm 126, this message walks through five laws of the harvest that are just as true today as they were at the beginning of time. Seed not sown does not grow. You always reap what you sow. You reap later than you sow. You reap more than you sow. And the best news of all, you can reap where you did not sow, because Jesus reaped the harvest of our sin on the cross so we could receive the life we could never earn. If you have been planting the right seeds and nothing looks different above the surface yet, this message is for you. God is making life happen beneath the soil right now. He is never early and He is never late. At the proper time you will reap if you do not give up. Do not give up in the gap. Grab your Bible, open your notes, and let God speak to you today.

    Resistance Training

    Somewhere along the way, many of us have heard the Word of God, and nothing changed. Not because God stopped speaking. Because something in us stopped receiving. In week three of Seeds, Pastor Josh Joines opens Matthew 13 and asks the one question none of us can answer for anyone else: Is the soil of my heart receptive or resistant to what God is trying to grow in me? Jesus said the same seed lands on four kinds of ground, and the dirt determines the seed's destiny. The Sower is faithful. The seed is alive and powerful. What happens next depends on the condition of the heart it lands in. This message names the resistance most of us never see coming. The heart that slowly hardens after hearing four hundred sermons on forgiveness and still refusing to make the call. The vow made in pain that was supposed to be a boundary but turned into a wall. The offense that took root at church, in the parking lot, in the group chat. The worry that quietly says if it's to be, it's up to me. The comfort of having enough that whispers you no longer need God. And then the good news that runs underneath all of it: hard ground is not hopeless ground. The same God who spoke through Ezekiel is still saying it today. "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you. I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh." Hosea says break up the unplowed ground. Colossians 2 says let your roots grow down into Him. Jesus Himself says your heavenly Father knows exactly what you need and will take care of tomorrow. God is not waiting on you to fix your own heart. He is actively softening it, deepening it, and bringing a harvest from it right now. If you have felt stuck, shallow, or slowly going numb to the things of God, this message is for you. It is honest, it is funny, and it is going to leave you with three practical ways to become good soil this week: keep your heart soft, let your roots grow down, and let God be God.

    Ready To Receive

    God is speaking. The question is never whether He wants to move in your life. The question is what is keeping you from receiving it. In week 2 of our Seeds series, Ready to Receive, Pastor Josh Joines opens up the parable of the sower in Matthew 13, where Jesus said, "Whoever has ears, let them hear." The seed is the Word. The soil is your heart. And God promises in Isaiah 55 that His Word never returns empty. It is looking for a place to work right now, in your family, your marriage, your finances, your mind. So why does it feel blocked sometimes? In this message, Pastor Josh names the four roadblocks that keep us from receiving everything God wants to produce in us: bias, busyness, blur, and blockage. Then he hands us four practical ways to become good soil: be open, slow down, test it, and act on it.     Growing Into Your Potential

    What if everything God wants to do in your life is already inside you, just waiting for the right environment to grow? From the very first chapter of Genesis, God designed life around seeds, and He still works that way today. He gives the future in seed form; He does big things through small beginnings, and He is actively growing something in you right now, even when you can't see it yet.     Spirit Led Parenting

    Parenting is far more spiritual than most of us realize. In the final week of our Home Team series, Pastor Josh Joines opens Psalm 78 and shows us why raising the next generation is not just a responsibility but a holy assignment, and why God never meant for us to do it without the help of the Holy Spirit.     Raising Kids Who Win

    Parenting is the only job where you're expected to be an expert on day one with zero experience. God knows that, and He wrote you a game plan. In week three of Home Team, Raising Kids Who Win, Pastor Josh Joines asks the questions most of us have never stopped to ask: * Are we giving rewards before teaching responsibility? * Are we praising performance instead of building character? * Are we handing out freedom before our kids have the maturity to carry it? Good intentions don't automatically produce good outcomes, and the world's wisdom about raising kids is not God's wisdom. The Bible shows parents how to build the right culture around their kids, trust God's playbook instead of the world's, and model a faith that's real at the dinner table, in the truck, and on an ordinary Tuesday. Jesus said in Matthew 7:11 that if imperfect parents know how to give good gifts to their children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good gifts to those who ask Him. God is for your family; He's present in your parenting, and He's ready to help you win where it matters most. Your kids don't need perfect parents.     Words That Build

    Your words are building your home or burning it down. There is no middle ground. In week two of Home Team, Pastor Josh Joines opens Ephesians 4:29, "Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up," and gets honest about the thing quietly wrecking more families than money or busyness ever will: communication. After 25 years of sitting with couples and parents, he's seen it over and over. Most families don't have a love problem. They have a communication problem. Proverbs 18:21 says words kill and words give life; they're either poison or fruit, you choose. In this message, you'll find out whether you're a stuffer or a shouter, why you should never have an argument over text, how honor closes the door to the enemy in your home, and five practical ways to build your family up with your words: courtesy, mercy, understanding, honesty, and affirmation. This service also holds a moment nobody planned. Pastor Josh stopped mid-service to pray for the sick, because the power of the Lord was present to heal, just like Luke 5:17. If you need healing in your body, don't skip that part.
