    5 Questions to Make a God-Led Business Decision When You're Stuck - Episode 598

How do you make a God-led business decision when you're stuck and one more strategy isn't breaking it open? In this solo episode I share the five-day fast that didn't heal me the way I asked, but gave me something so much bigger: the diagnosis no doctor had named in seventeen years, the surgeon who could finally fix it, and an encounter with God that rerouted my life. Then I walk you through what to do when you're stuck on a decision in your business, why a breakthrough matters more than more information, and the five questions I run every major decision through before I move. If you're a Christian woman entrepreneur sitting on a launch, a pivot, or a hire and you can't find peace about it, this episode will help you get quiet, hear God, and take the next step in faith. __________________________________________________________ 🎙️ Christian Entrepreneurs Rise Up: biblical leadership for the Christian business owner who's already effective and ready to lead at the level her calling requires. 👉 Grab the free Kingdom Profit Plan: https://rachelngom.com/profit Host Rachel Ngom helps Christian entrepreneurs become stronger leaders so they can scale and multiply their Kingdom impact, without burning out.   Connect with Rachel:  🌐 Website: https://rachelngom.com ✉️ Substack (Called to Build): https://rachelngom.substack.com 📸 Instagram: https://instagram.com/rachelngom1 ▶️ YouTube: https://youtube.com/@rachelngom9131

How Christian Entrepreneurs Can Use AI Without Losing the Human Touch (with Kenny Wyatt) - Episode 597

How do you use AI in your business without losing the human touch? In this episode I sit down with Kenny Wyatt, CEO of Pushpay, to talk about the overlap of faith, technology, leadership, and sustainable business growth. Kenny shares how God called him out of a 30-year technology career into serving churches through technology, and why he believes the right tools should strengthen human connection instead of replacing it. We get into how Christian entrepreneurs and ministries can use AI wisely, where you need to keep the human touch, and why clear boundaries and policies around AI matter. Kenny also shares his approach to servant leadership, developing leaders, staying focused on your mission, learning from failure, and avoiding the distractions that come with growth. Whether you're a Christian entrepreneur, a ministry leader, or a business owner navigating how fast technology is changing, this conversation will help you think differently about how you lead, grow, and steward what God has entrusted to you.

How to Duplicate Yourself as a Christian Leader - Episode 596

In this episode, I share how to duplicate yourself as a Christian leader so your team can carry the vision without you holding onto every piece. I just got back from a mission trip to Honduras where I had to equip a team of 15 to pray for healing in front of 750 people, and it turned into the clearest picture of leadership duplication I've ever had. I walk through the exact process I used, and it works the same in your business as it did on that trip: you teach them the skill, they watch you do it, you watch them do it, then you release them to do it on their own, and before long they're training someone else. I also share some of the incredible things God did in Honduras, from blind eyes opening to a team of kids stepping out in bold faith and praying for total strangers. If you've been holding onto control because it feels easier to just do it yourself, this episode will encourage you to raise up your people, hand it off, and let them fly.                                                                __________________________________________________________ 🎙️ Christian Entrepreneurs Rise Up: biblical leadership for the Christian business owner who's already effective and ready to lead at the level her calling requires. 👉 Grab the free Kingdom Profit Plan: https://rachelngom.com/profit Host Rachel Ngom helps Christian entrepreneurs become stronger leaders so they can scale and multiply their Kingdom impact without burning out. How to Cultivate a Heart of Generosity Before Business Success (with Julie Wilson) - Episode 595

In this episode, I sit down with Julie Wilson from Women Doing Well to discuss how biblical generosity begins with the heart, not your bank account. We explore why waiting until you're financially successful to give is a myth, how God transforms a scarcity mindset into one of abundance, and what it truly means to steward everything He's entrusted to us. Julie also shares insights from groundbreaking research on Christian women and generosity, revealing how women are increasingly shaping Kingdom impact through their influence, leadership, and faithful stewardship. If you're a Christian entrepreneur who wants to build a business with open hands and an eternal perspective, this conversation will both encourage and challenge you.

How to Follow God's Call and Protect Your Business at the Same Time (with Wani Iris Manly) - Episode 593

In this episode, I sit down with intellectual property attorney, TEDx speaker, and bestselling author Wani Iris Manly to talk about what happens after you say yes to God's calling. Wani shares her remarkable journey of leaving behind a successful legal career to move to Paris without a clear plan, the years of testing that followed, and how God used that season to prepare her for a much greater purpose. We also discuss why every Christian entrepreneur needs to take legal protection seriously—from trademarks and copyrights to contracts and chargebacks. If you're navigating a season of obedience, waiting for breakthrough, or building a business you want to steward well, this episode is packed with practical wisdom and faith-filled encouragement. __________________________________________________________ 🎙️ Christian Entrepreneurs Rise Up — biblical leadership for the Christian business owner who's already effective and ready to lead at the level her calling requires. 👉 Grab the free Kingdom Profit Plan: https://rachelngom.com/profit Host Rachel Ngom helps Christian entrepreneurs become stronger leaders so they can scale and multiply their Kingdom impact — without burning out.   Connect with Rachel:  🌐 Website: https://rachelngom.com ✉️ Substack (Called to Build): https://rachelngom.substack.com 📸 Instagram: https://instagram.com/rachelngom1 ▶️ YouTube: https://youtube.com/@rachelngom9131
