    Welcome to the latest edition of the bed hoppers podcast. We're back after a few weeks of illness for Mr H. We talk about what we've been up to since Christmas and New Year and take a look at what we've got coming up. Mr H asks Mrs H if we're really swingers - and what all of this stuff means to us. Are we successful, would or should we change things? Is our approach moving along? It's a pretty big discussion that gets a little pokey (don't worry though - we're all good, promise!).     Ahhhh swingers and posting pictures. Have you ever joined a swinging site and recoiled in horror at some of the pictures posted? Perhaps you feel like you could never compete? Or maybe you constantly share pictures and videos every three and a half minutes? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you are prob'ly human! Congratulations! We talk about all things posting pics and vids. We cover what we like, what doesn't work for us and how things have changed. Mrs H accepts a challenge and we share our thoughts on why we do what we do when it comes to spicy images. Hopefully there's plenty of food for thought! Thanks for hopping into our bed. Sam is navigating the lifestyle after a 16-year vanilla relationship, exploring experiences while seeking companionship. He talks about some of the challenges, his advice for newcomers and how he'd bring up the lifestyle conversation with a new partner.
