I love the range of self care, self compassion, and personal, peaceful growth topics Pleasance covers, from Ayurveda to positive psychology to parenting to law of attraction. She is wise, authentic, relatable, and shares her sense of humor. She hosts an array of excellent guests, and I have enjoyed learning a great deal from this podcast series.

I have been waiting for Pleasance to have a podcast, and I am SO excited that she does now! What I love most about what she shares here is the intersection of the practical and the inspirational. Unlike lots of self-care info, she does not leave you inspired without also telling you some concrete, doable steps for how to implement what she's sharing in your own life. This is doable, simple, relatable self-care -- all with Pleasance's heart and humor and wisdom. That's why I think it's the BEST!
