    The Start....

Found this in the archives. Probably one of the shortest episodes that I never put out. At least until now. I was trying out the anchor app for the first time. Just to get a feel for my voice and how it sounds when it’s recorded. This was short and too the point.

    A process

For the first episode of the year.....How I started my business and where it is now. This was recorded a while back. It’s been a while since I put out an episode figured I’d throw this one out there right quick.

The politics of work and how to spot opportunities for growth

In this episode I tell the story on how I was faced with opportunities to growth several times in such a short time frame, and how telling this story to a coworker reminded me that just because something is uncomfortable doesn’t mean you can’t learn from it.
