People have always told me I talk like 30 is the end of the world. I know it isn’t but people are always telling you, you need to build a career, find yourself and meet your future partner in your 20’s. So what happens when you haven’t done any of these things and the furthest you can plan is your next holiday? We don’t all have it figured out and it’s okay, we’ve got plenty of time to get there, right?

With suicide being the leading cause of death in young people aged 20- 34 in the uk. Are we taking the time out to look after our health? Many people fail to realise that one’s mental health is just as important as their physical health and that it needs just as much TLC. It’s time to speak up! Lets talk about Mental health and remove the taboo it’s masked in. How we feel matters and it’s time to make sure the world knows it.
