His Girl Fryday was great when it was a blog. As a podcast, it is awesome! I love that there is someone out there tackling the tough topics that face many ministers today - finding the balance between your passion for ministry and the necessity of earning an income and providing for your family. It's nice that there is a voice out there pouring into this underrepresented part of the church.

It’s great to have material geared towards people like me, who have served a church who could not support a full time staff, and work a full or part time secular gig to pay the bills. There are some situations that are unique to this type of arrangement that can be difficult to navigate. Leaders whose full time job is on a church staff may not really understand the challenges.

Having a full-time job, it can be hard to balance the ministry, full-time job, and other life demands. This brings so much fresh insight and provides actionable recommendations to how to do be multi-occupational. So grateful we found this podcast! Highly recommend.
