So grateful for this podcast.

Jen and her guests bring important conversations around mental health and well-being. Bringing these topics to light are now more important than ever.

She made me realize that is ok to have days where you feel down, but more importantly she’s giving me the courage to talk about it and be more open about what I need in order to have a sustainable life at home and at work.

Thanks Jen
