    This episode I am reviewing Ray Kroc's Grinding It Out book which is a book about the true story behind the personal life and the making and success of Ray and McDonald's corporation. You will hear me go into who Ray was as a person and the impact he had in the Fast Food business and franchising system as a whole. You will hear a few of my favorite quotes from Ray that are in the book on the topics of business, competition and perseverance.  This book which is the closest thing you will get to an autobiography of Ray Kroc is a classic, cornerstone book that I would say is a must have for anyone who plans to get in business one day or just in general needs to find an example of someone who exemplifies hard work, determination, vision and perseverance.  If you have read the book, tell me what part of the book you enjoyed the most.  As always if nothing, Enjoy.     This episode I am reviewing Stephen R. Covey's 7 Habits of High Effective People book. You will get some insight into who Stephen Covey R.I.P, the author, is and what he was about. You will hear a brief description of each of the 7 Habits and a quote from each section. You will also get to hear a great quote from one of Stephen Covey's last Q&As before passing away that will forever stick with me. This book here is one of those timeless books similar to the bible that has and will continue to stand the test of time and impact many lives. I hope I can do some justice and persuade you enough to grab the book , if you already have not.
