    This week on In A Pickle, the Rewind is packed. Antonio Brown’s hearing gets pushed back, but his attorney says AB plans to plead no contest to aggravated assault with a firearm as part of a deal that could mean three years of probation and no formal conviction—if the judge signs off. Dillon Brooks is officially charged with misdemeanor DUI stemming from his Arizona arrest, where police say he was doing 85 in a 45. Jed York gets hammered with a six-game suspension and $500,000 fine. And then there’s the bizarre Larry Nassar sex-offender-registry story: first reports said his name was removed during a massive Michigan purge—then authorities clarified that he apparently wasn’t on Michigan’s registry in the first place. In News, LaMelo Ball’s girlfriend Ana Montana faces felony charges involving allegations that a prescription for alprazolam was obtained using stolen medical credentials. Former NBA star J.R. Smith is arrested in Texas on a family-violence assault charge. And apparently even the officials can get suspended—the NFL disciplines Jeff Seeman and Adrian Hill following separate confrontations with players. Then we head to Baton Rouge for This Week’s Biggest Pickle: LSU. LSU defensive end Damien Shanklin is under criminal investigation after a woman publicly accused him of rape. A university Title IX process previously found him responsible for sexual misconduct and initially imposed a one-year suspension, but that punishment was reduced to probation on appeal. Now campus police and prosecutors are examining the allegations as a potential criminal matter. Our biggest question: if you’re going to steal a truck, why pick one full of tables and chairs?

    Steve Belichick is officially OUT in Carolina following an internal investigation—but plenty of questions remain. Wander Franco gets released by LIDOM, and we’re not buying that it was simply a roster move. In News: Connor Hellebuyck skips camp while demanding a trade out of Winnipeg, Cobie Durant suffers the most painful “hamstring injury” imaginable, and Colts receiver Keenan Allen faces a possible suspension following an alleged OWI. Mark Sanchez is looking to plead guilty, Tony Romo loses his driving privileges, and Tiger Woods gets a five-year driving suspension. Safe to say, nobody is driving this episode forward. The NBA finally wraps up its Clippers investigation, handing out a $30 million fine, lost draft picks, a Steve Ballmer suspension, and a $700K Kawhi fine. Talk about getting clipped.  Polish your bets with our new betting segment: The Milkman delivery   News: Tytus Howard gets fined $12,537 for tripping someone—which is a lot of money for a guy who apparently couldn't find his footing. Meanwhile, Emmitt Smith is being sued over an allegedly misused $2.5 million loan. Looks like somebody ran the wrong financial route. Biggest Pickle: Raekwon Davis. It started with a missing Ford F-150 key and somehow ended with an alleged choking, a gun, a terrified locksmith, and a felony aggravated-assault charge. All over car keys.
