Helping Homies Win: Tools for Lifting a Generation T.Ross & Antonio J. Bell

Love the conversations that take place between friends that are vulnerable uplifting. Though the conversation is flowing and engaging, I find myself looking inwards and growing with every beat.

One of my FAVORITE podcasts because of how open and honest you guys are. I really feel like I'm in the room with my homies with priceless information and perspectives. Especially being young black men, your input on the subject matter you cover is eye opening and heart warming.

First off, I just have to tip my metaphorical hat to you brothers for providing a platform that brings so much value and wisdom to myself and potentially so many others. I believe as young, Black men and women in America there is more of a need than ever for constructive dialogue surrounding mental health and wellness within our communities, by and large. Although, we all seem to be works in progress in some form or another, I want commend you guys for displaying your vulnerabilities in a way that sets a positive example of growth for all young people to follow.

I’m excited to see what y’all have lined up leading into 2020. I pray for nothing but blessing and success for all of y’all future endeavors. Keep up the good work fellas!
