    049: Resolved

As we know, life is always changing. Things will begin and end for the rest of time. One door closes so another may open, create space so something else can fill it. While I find myself at the forefront of a lot of change I realize that this podcast has served its purpose for me. And although I didn’t say it enough throughout the last 403 days, I need thank you for giving me the space to be myself and the space to figure out what that even means. Thank you for accepting my vulnerability and listening to me when I didn’t know what I was saying. Thank you, and know that I am ever changing and ever good. - xo sav

    043: Keep Going

For the most part, lately when I record it’s because I am at a loss of what to do in my personal life. The conclusion I keep coming to is that no matter what I have to keep going.

    042: Be Kind

In a world where we often push ourselves too hard and hold ourselves to higher expectations than is realistic or necessary, I want to make sure we remember one thing... We need to be kind to ourselves.
