Sermon on the Mount: Are you Salty? Are you Lit?

Are you living as the salt of the earth and the light of the world? In this powerful message from Matthew 5, Pastor B. explores Jesus’ call for every believer to influence the world by reflecting His character, love, and truth. Jesus doesn't say that Christians should become salt and light, He declares that We already are. Through the transforming power of the Gospel, believers receive a new identity, a new purpose, and a new mission: to bring glory to God through their everyday lives. In this message, you'll discover: • What it means to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world • How the Gospel transforms our identity and purpose • Why Christians are called to influence culture rather than retreat from it • How believers can preserve truth, heal brokenness, and point others to Christ • The importance of shining brightly in our homes, workplaces, schools, and communities • How our good works can lead others to glorify our Heavenly Father Just as salt preserves and enhances, Christians are called to slow spiritual decay and create a thirst for God. Just as light dispels darkness, believers are called to illuminate the world with the hope and truth of Jesus Christ. Whether you're serving in your family, workplace, church, or community, God has strategically placed you where you are to make an eternal impact. Your life can be a reflection of His glory and a testimony of His grace. 📖 Key Scripture: Matthew 5:13-16 If this message encourages you, be sure to like, subscribe, and share it with others who need to be reminded of their calling to be salt and light in a dark world. #SaltAndLight #Matthew5 #Sermon #ChristianLiving #FaithInAction #Gospel #JesusChrist #KingdomOfGod #BiblicalTeaching #ChristianFaith If you're NEW HERE, would like to GIVE or follow along with our VIRTUAL SERMON NOTES click below to use our ALL ACCESS PASS. Sermon on the Mount: Happy

What does it really mean to be happy? In a world that equates happiness with success, wealth, popularity, and comfort, Jesus offers a completely different perspective. In this message, Pastor B. explores the Beatitudes from Matthew 5 and discovers how Jesus redefines what it means to be truly blessed. The Beatitudes are not a list of rules to follow but a description of the heart of those who belong to God's kingdom. Jesus begins His most famous sermon with blessings, revealing the qualities that mark genuine followers of Christ. We will examine the progression of spiritual transformation that begins with recognizing our spiritual poverty, mourning over sin, and developing meekness and dependence on God. As believers hunger and thirst for righteousness, their lives begin to reflect the character of Christ through mercy, purity of heart, and peacemaking. This message also addresses the challenges of living as citizens of God's kingdom. Following Jesus often creates tension with the world around us, and persecution for righteousness is a reality for those who faithfully live out the Gospel. Yet Jesus promises that those who endure are truly blessed. If you are searching for lasting joy, purpose, and fulfillment, this teaching will encourage you to look beyond temporary happiness and discover the abundant life found only in surrendering to Jesus Christ. 📖 Scripture: Matthew 5:1-12 Key Topics: • The true meaning of the Beatitudes • Jesus' definition of happiness and blessing • Spiritual poverty and dependence on God • Mourning over sin and pursuing righteousness • Mercy, purity, and peacemaking • Living as a citizen of God's kingdom • Facing persecution for following Christ • Finding lasting joy through surrender to Jesus 🙏 Don't forget to like, subscribe, and share this message with someone who needs encouragement today. #Beatitudes #Matthew5 #SermonOnTheMount #Blessed #KingdomOfGod #JesusChrist #ChristianLiving #BibleTeaching #FaithInJesus #SpiritualGrowth #GospelTruth #ChristianFaith If you're NEW HERE, would like to GIVE or follow along with our VIRTUAL SERMON NOTES click below to use our ALL ACCESS PASS. Believe It, Or Not!: Elijah Outruns Ahab

When the drought was severe and the nation had turned away from God, the Lord raised up the prophet Elijah to remind His people that true hope and strength come from Him alone. In this powerful message from 1 Kings 18, Pastor Jason explores how God works through weary people, strengthens those who obey Him, and sends breakthrough after seasons of waiting. Elijah stood before King Ahab during one of Israel’s darkest spiritual moments and declared that rain was coming, even before he could see a cloud in the sky. After praying persistently and trusting God completely, a small cloud appeared, and soon the heavens opened with a mighty rain. This story reminds us that God’s promises often begin with small signs of hope and that His power shows up when our own strength runs out. In this message, discover: Why God sometimes allows spiritual “droughts”The meaning behind Elijah’s name: “Yahweh is my God”How God empowers exhausted and discouraged peopleWhy obedience often comes before breakthroughThe biblical significance of the number sevenWhat it means to walk and run WITH God instead of trying to run FOR HimHow God’s hand still strengthens believers todayIf you’ve been tired, discouraged, or tempted to quit, this message will encourage you to trust God in the waiting season. Believe It, Or Not!: Remember Lot's Wife!

In this powerful message, Pastor B. explores the sobering warning of Lot’s wife and the destruction of Sodom as a call to wholehearted devotion and spiritual readiness in the last days. Jesus specifically told us to “Remember Lot’s wife,” reminding believers of the danger of divided hearts, spiritual compromise, and longing for the things God is calling us to leave behind. Through the biblical account of Lot, Sodom, and God’s judgment, this message reveals how gradual compromise can slowly pull people deeper into spiritual darkness. The moral decay, rebellion, and corruption seen in Sodom mirror many of the challenges facing our culture today, serving as a serious warning for believers to stay spiritually alert and anchored in truth. We also examine the meaning behind Lot’s wife turning into a pillar of salt, a powerful symbol of a heart still attached to a sinful past. Though she physically left Sodom, her heart remained behind. Her story reminds us that looking back can keep us from moving fully forward in faith and obedience to God. This teaching challenges believers to examine where their hearts truly are, avoid spiritual complacency, and remain fully committed to Jesus Christ. As the world grows darker, God is calling His people to run forward in faith, resist the pull of worldly desires, and live with eternal focus. Believe It, Or Not!: The Miracle is in the House

In this powerful message, Pastor B.explores the incredible story of the widow of Zarephath and discovers how God works miracles through unlikely people, impossible situations, and simple acts of faith. During a devastating famine, God sent the prophet Elijah to a widow who had almost nothing left, just a handful of flour and a little oil. Yet through her obedience and trust, God provided daily miracles that never ran dry. This message reminds us that miracles often begin with a command from God, are sustained by His promises, and require us to take a step of faith even when resources seem limited. The widow’s story teaches that surrendering what little we have into God’s hands can lead to supernatural multiplication and provision. We also look at Elijah’s journey during the drought, God’s unexpected provision through ravens and enemy territory, and the resurrection of the widow’s son as a powerful sign of God’s authority over both physical and spiritual needs. Ultimately, this message points to Jesus Christ as the true and eternal provision, the greatest miracle of all. If you’ve ever wondered how God can provide in difficult seasons, strengthen your faith in uncertainty, or work through impossible circumstances, this message will encourage and challenge you to trust Him daily. 📖 Key Themes: • Faith in difficult seasons • God’s provision in unlikely places • Obedience and surrender • Daily dependence on God • Miracles through trust • Elijah and the widow of Zarephath • Jesus as the Bread of Life and ultimate provision 🙏 Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more biblical teaching and encouragement. #BibleTeaching #True #Life #The Way #Jesus #ChristianFaith #AbideInChrist #BibleStudy If you're NEW HERE, would like to GIVE or follow along with our VIRTUAL SERMON NOTES click below to use our ALL ACCESS PASS. Family Matters: How to handle family conflicts without losing your soul

Family conflict is inevitable but how you handle it reveals the condition of your heart. In this message, Pastor Jason walks us through a powerful, biblical approach to resolving conflict in a way that reflects Christ, not culture. Jesus challenges us in Matthew 7:3 to examine ourselves before pointing out others. Instead of focusing on their faults, we’re called to check our own hearts first. Are we seeking understanding or just trying to win? Are we responding with wisdom or reacting out of emotion? Proverbs 15:1 reminds us that a gentle answer can diffuse even the most heated situations. Your response has the power to either escalate tension or bring peace. God’s Word also calls us to pursue resolution quickly (Ephesians 4:26). That means we don’t ignore issues, and we don’t explode in anger, we engage conflict with wisdom, humility, and intention. Guarding your heart is essential (Proverbs 4:23). Even when others intend harm, God can use it for good (Genesis 50:20). And as Romans 12:18 teaches, we are responsible for doing our part to live at peace with everyone. At the end of the day, you don’t win family conflict by being louder, you win by looking more like Jesus. 👉 If this message encouraged you, don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more biblical insights on faith, family, and spiritual growth. #Faith #FamilyConflict #BiblicalWisdom #ChristianLiving #Peace #Jesus #SpiritualGrowth #BibleTeaching #True #Life #The Way #Jesus #ChristianFaith #AbideInChrist #BibleStudy #Easter #Bread of Life If you're NEW HERE, would like to GIVE or follow along with our VIRTUAL SERMON NOTES click below to use our ALL ACCESS PASS. Family Matters: Love that last!

Discover a powerful, Biblically grounded perspective on marriage that goes far beyond culture’s view of romance and chemistry. In this message, Pastor B. explores how true love is not rooted in fleeting emotions or fairy-tale expectations, but in the sacrificial, covenantal love demonstrated by Christ. Marriage is more than a relationship, it’s a divine signpost pointing to a greater spiritual reality: Christ’s love for His Church. Rather than being the ultimate destination, marriage reveals the depth of God’s love and faithfulness. This understanding shifts our focus from self-centered expectations to a Christ-centered commitment. We also unpack the difference between covenant and contract. While culture often treats marriage as conditional and temporary, Scripture calls it a lifelong covenant marked by unconditional love, faithfulness, and perseverance, regardless of circumstances. Through the lens of the Gospel, marriage becomes a refining journey. It exposes our weaknesses, calls us to humility and repentance, and teaches us to love sacrificially, just as Christ loves us. Even in conflict, we are invited to move toward one another with grace and forgiveness. You’ll also find practical keys for building a lasting, Christ-centered marriage: • Praying and growing in faith together • Cultivating friendship, joy, and connection • Prioritizing intimacy as a meaningful expression of covenant love Ultimately, marriage is a living reflection of Christ’s sacrifice, marked by patience, selflessness, and enduring commitment. Whether you’re married, engaged, or seeking a deeper understanding of God’s design, this message will challenge and encourage you to view love through an eternal lens. #Marriage #BiblicalMarriage #LoveLikeChrist #ChristianRelationships #FaithAndFamily 🙏 If this message encouraged you, be sure to like, subscribe, and share so others can grow in their faith as well. #BibleTeaching #True #Life #The Way #Jesus #ChristianFaith #AbideInChrist #BibleStudy #Easter #Bread of Life If you're NEW HERE, would like to GIVE or follow along with our VIRTUAL SERMON NOTES click below to use our ALL ACCESS PASS.
