I enjoy the subjects and hearing Haitian women of different walks of life talk about themselves in all authenticity. We all face challenges, Emmy and her guests makes it easy to connect. Putting Creole first, the is the reason I give this podcast a thousand stars. Keep it up, thanks for making the discovery of self look so easy.

I keep finding myself going back to old episodes when there’s no new episodes. This show resonates so well with the woman I’m trying to become and made me tap into what I love and how I want to live my life moving forward. This show is a blessing and I have a few favorite episodes! Keep going, you’re doing great sweetie! 😊☺️

I don’t speak Krèyol and no one has patience to teach me. They switch to English when I’m around and I started listening to help me understand better so I can try to speak more. I’ve gotten so much more from this podcast that this is hands down my favorite podcast in any language. Her voice is easy to listen to and her authenticity shines through. She’s a person I admire and I always feel inspired after listening. The topics are deep, real and taboo in my family. I listen so others can hear (so I can ask what words mean) and it’s sparked some good conversation and improved relationships.
