Year of the Joni

Highly recommend this podcast. I’m writing a book about Joni Mitchell, so have read almost every biography, and I was still learning many new things! Nicely edited, too, with the inclusion of her music. Loved it. Andy—where can I get the notes for episode 2 and 4-12? Thanks!

Growing up in the 70s, this is an amazing recap of all the music that I listen to. It gives deep meaning to what I heard at the time. Love the deep understanding of Neil Young and his past. I can only hope that he’s happy now.

I happen to love reading biographies and listening to podcasts about favorite celebrities and notable artists. This podcast combines the best parts of a good read and a great listen, very thorough and very well produced. Joni Mitchell of course deserves “5 Years of the Joni”, but this was a great ride. Year of the Bruce some time soon perhaps??

I learned so much about Joni and listening to amazing first versions of songs such as Coyote, or moments you just can’t find online was so enjoyable. I cried through the whole first episode learning about her childhood. Joni reigns forever #jonireigns
