    Audio 4 - Belief System

A belief system is a set of beliefs that a person holds to be true. These beliefs can be about a wide variety of things, such as religion, politics, morals, values, and relationships. Belief systems shape an individual's behavior and decision-making. People often hold their belief systems very dear and may defend them strongly when they are challenged, including on social media. Having a wrong belief system can lead to a number of negative consequences. It can cause misunderstandings of the world and lead to poor decision-making, which can result in harm to oneself or others. Many people's belief systems are influenced by the environment in which they were raised, including the people they interact with, the media they consume, and the books they read. It is important to critically evaluate one's belief system to ensure that it is based on evidence and reason, rather than confirmation bias or other cognitive biases. Revising one's belief system can be a challenging process, as beliefs are often deeply ingrained and may be central to a person's sense of identity. However, it can also be a valuable and rewarding process, as it can lead to a better understanding of the world and more effective decision-making. It is important to approach the process with an open mind and a willingness to be influenced by new evidence and perspectives. Be the new you. Audio 3 - Deadly Combination

Deadly Combination: 🔥 We would have seen some people with no great backgrounds, winning. If we analyse deeply, we would be able to figure out the pattern. They could have done one thing again and again. And at some point they would have mastered it like no one else. If you follow the notoriously famous GP Muthu, or Youtube Influencers Irfan or Madhan Gowri, they are consistent in their efforts. Even a person doing unpleasant things to the society win, because he is consistent in that. People with good skills alone do not win. People who put their skills to work, sustain. People who put their skills to work on a consistent basis win. People who put their skills to work on a daily basis make it bigger. There is a different between being consistent and doing it daily. Are you consistency doing? or Are you doing it daily? This is the question I ask myself. What difference it makes? Consistency is the uniform behaviour. That means it is a pattern. The pattern may differ. 3 days a week is a consistent pattern. 10 days per month is a consistent pattern. Daily is a pattern. Are you 10 days consistent per month or daily consistent? ✅ And when dedication comes into play and with an attitude of not giving up it makes a deadly combo. 🔥Dedication + Daily Consistency = Deadly Combination for Success 🔥 Dive deep in this thought and this will open up new avenues. Audio 2 - Freedom

It is necessary to understand what FREEDOM means to you. People are too generic when they talk about Freedom. For me freedom can be categorised as below 1. Time Freedom 2. Travel Freedom 3. Financial Freedom 4. Spiritual Freedom Which one to choose is completely dependent on the individual. But attaining all in one's life is what we should aim for. Time Freedom - You have the liberty to work when you feel like or when you are in the best performing state Travel Freedom - You have the opportunity to choose the place you can work from. Financial Freedom - You have the option of money working for you. Through multiple passive income streams. Spiritual Freedom - You have the ability to find the path of spirituality with out considering the above 1 2 and 3. To be happy in the real world, most people are made to believe that money can't get you happiness. I sincerely feel that is the belief system installed by repetition. For you to be happy in the real world, you need money. I sincerely feel money whether it gives happiness or not, it solves 90% of our issues. So if something solves your issues, you should be happy right.?! So what is your freedom path look like?

Audio 1 - Self Ideal and Reference Points

Ideal Self: The ideal self is the part of a person’s self-concept that consists of their desires, hopes, and wishes (Higgins 1987; Rogers 1959). It is a part of the self that is highly prized by the individual; thus, the ideal self is considered to be a motivator within a person’s self-concept (Higgins 1987; Rogers 1959). Ideal self makes us to admire people who have qualities that we want to imbibe. The people whom we admire are sometimes our role models or inspirations. I call it the reference points. In the digital world where people maintain multiple avatars / persona (one real and one reel (Mostly Digital or whom the person project as to the external world) ), selecting the right reference points does all magic. Having the right reference points helps you to accelerate and gets closer to your goals and dreams faster. Having said that, it is also primarily important to dwell deep inside you and find what kind of personality you are, what motivates you and what unique qualities we have. I say that as the primary differentiator. We do not have time to appreciate ourself. I would request you to spend some ME TIME for yourself and list down your unique differentiators. There is definitely something that differentiates you. Find that out and appreciate it. What we appreciate, that grows. End of the day, we have to at-least satisfy ourself to be with peace with oneself. End of the day, it is what you think about yourself and not about what the external world thinks about you. The entire world is the extension of you and what you see in the external world is the summation of your thoughts and what you have attracted. Take some time and list some 10-20 points that differentiates you. Appreciate it and see how life changes. Here's my list, that I appreciate: 1. Spreading love and hope 2. Fast learning 3. Speed of Implementation 4. My unique style of doing things 5. Being straight and Saying NO 6. Keeping up with the commitments 7. Genuinely listening 8. Thinking the best for others 9. Possibility thinking 10. Being honest with the self 11. Creativity 12. Clear understanding on "We are just tools and universe acts through us" 13. Responsible husband and inspiring father 14. Being grounded 15. Practical thinking Be the new you. Let the new you astonish you !!
