    Episode 4 of the This Post Life podcast This is an interview with Sean Massey the Supervising dialogue editor for Deadpool 2. I first met Sean at the Los Angeles Post Production Group and he later talked to me about his path to dialogue editing. Some terms used: Alt - Alternative take PFX - any kind of sound effect captured during filming aside from footsteps, cloth movement - (from http://socialsounddesign.com) M&E (M&E Track) - A sound track with the mixed music and effects on separate channels and no dialogue. This track is sent to foreign countries to create versions of the film in their language. This is used for foreign language versions which will be re-voiced in the local language.
