I started listening to the show in Eck’s first year as a college freshman who had never been interested in football in my life. The most I had interacted with it was the boys in elementary school occasionally letting the girls join when they were short on numbers. The information in the show is great, I love being able to learn about the team and then talk about them without feeling like an idiot. That being said, this is still very much feels like a space and community of and for men, and certainly not super welcoming of college girls.

I look forward to each and every podcast, even when things are not going well with the football and basketball teams (always nice to have coverage of other teams also, such as women’s basketball). It was through this podcast that I gained insight into the story lines with other Big Sky teams and truly do see that we have an opportunity to be a great team in the FCS. The whole group on there is insightful and honest. Thank you and keep it up.
