The lessons and messages discussed from this book of the Bible has helped me learn about God, myself, and others. It’s not just for married people, although I learned a lot about the marriage covenant as the direct theme. This book is for single people too, and David explains the ideal relationship that is painted in the book and easily makes applicable to all. Highly recommend.
In this podcast, David reads and comments on each verse of the Song of Songs in a way that is especially understandable to the common person. It is exceptionally insightive, as he offers perspectives based on biblical revision and congruency that I have never thought of before or that I previously questioned. His preaching style as well as his tone and pace of voice was crucial for my attention and I found it hard to LOOSE focus.
