    Week 17. The Season in Review

    Just as quickly the 2024 #txhsfb season got here, it's over just as fast. The guys talk a little college football playoff (Jacob went to Austin for round 1), some interesting news/legislation pertaining to HS Sports, Transfer portal, JUCO rulings. And the State Championships. Man, there's a lot going on! Ganado AD/HFC Josh Ervin jumps on to talk all things Ervin and Ganado. To close out the season, the guys talk their most memorable moments for the 24 season and what's on the horizon for 2025.

    The Area Round Is Here!

    Not TOO many surprises in Week 1 of the Texas High School Football Playoffs. Because of realignment this year, we have some match-ups this round that, in any other year, COULD be Region semi-final games or *GASP* REGION FINALS? The guys muse about some news, maybe a skate video or two, who knows, "I'm Not sure We'll have enough time!" But first, the guys lead the show with the MYSTERY GUEST!!!!

    Dude, the World Series is On??

    The week 9 slate of big games did not dissappoint, but this week will be known in the area for other reasons...The guys dive deep into.....scores....again. seems like this happens every few years, so we'll beat this horse one.more.time. Some District Championship games on deck this week, that will make for an eventful week in the Coastal Bend. Enough, typing, time to talk!

    It's a Tragedy For Us to See the Dream is Over......Almost

    We know we harp on it all the time, but this season is FLYING by! I mean, there's still playoff football to go, but man, 2024 season, we're just getting to know ya...The guys discuss some interesting headlines that have occurred in a VERY short week, it's only Tuesday BTW. They talk some HUGE games across the state this week, it's like they knew what was gonna happen way back in February. And as usual, they guys recap the week and look ahead at Week 9. The guys talk an interesting road trip to a locale the show has NEVER been before. SO buckle up and LET'S GOOOOO!

    Week 2: Who Are These Guys??

    It's early in this 2024 Football Season, so it's hard to pin down who these teams are. We've always said that you can't usually figure these things out until week 4. Don't get us wrong, we've got a few teams who we KNOW who and what they are, but the rest of the pack is a bit muddled. So in the next 2 weeks, we'll see how it plays out. The guys talk about Week 2 and look ahead to some big-ticket games for Week 3.
