    8: Housing

We're sick of living in overpriced rentals. Listen up, and send us any shit you want to thisanxietea@gmail.com

  2. 09/24/2018

    7: Jobs

This week we resurrected ourselves from the dead to talk about our jobs, and what makes us so anxious while doing them. While drinking tea. We're really staying true to the format we promised. Warning: lots of biscuit chewing noises in the first three-four minutes. Also I double checked and Arnotts classifies all of their products as biscuits *including* the infamous honey jumble.

  3. 09/03/2018

    6: Making Music

Do you own two guitars, a bass, a keyboard, and a really expensive drum kit? Do they all have a thick layer of dust coating their surface? Do you try not to look at them when you walk by? When someone asks if you play, do you say "A little!" just to end the conversation? This one is for you. thisanxietea@gmail.com is an email address we have - send us your ideas and or stories.

  4. 08/27/2018

    5: Social Media

Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, the perhaps more outdated and obscure Tumblr. That's right. We cover them all. You're welcome. This week we were perhaps more angry than anxious. Send us your stories and ideas to thisanxietea@gmail.com so we can do something with it!

  5. 08/21/2018

    4: Driving

It's the necessary evil in our every day lives, where normal people become kind of dicks to each other. Join us for a worse than usual acrostic poem, and some lazy Eternal Sunshine satire, as we banter about the woes of getting into a metal stress box/death machine. Send your stories or ideas for topics to thisanxietea@gmail.com and we'll do something with it. This episode has been brought to you by Burger Bangin' Bitch Hut. Hope your business gets back on its feet soon, Reg.

  6. 08/13/2018

    3: Health

From hemorrhoids to shitting your pants uncontrollably on the train to work, we talk about health, like, a lot. Frankly this episode was hard to chisle down. Also remember how we said we'd do regrets as a topic this week? Yeah, well, we regretted that. Send us your embarrassing anxiety related stories to thisanxietea@gmail.com and we will do something with that.
