    🟣 Today's episode features Mayor Travis Mitchell ( of the City of Kyle, among the fastest-growing cities in both the state and the nation. 🟣 Per the US Census Bureau last year, Kyle was ranked as the 11th fastest-growing city in the United States, with a population increase from 57,358 in July 2022 to 62,548 in July 2023, marking a 9% growth over one year. 🟣 Mayor Mitchell and Bingham Group CEO A.J. discuss his path to office, and the challenges and opportunities facing Kyle with its growth. 🟣 Mayor Mitchell has served as the Mayor of Kyle since November 2017. Prior to his mayoral tenure, he represented District 1 on the Kyle City Council from June 2016 to November 2017. 🟣 In November 2023, he was re-elected for a third and final term as mayor, with his term set to conclude in November 2026. 🟣 Under his leadership, Kyle has experienced significant growth and development, including the passage of a historic $294 million roads bond aimed at improving the city's infrastructure.
